Thanks HFB. Still nothing concrete written by Cuda though. What would the broker have seen to write that sentence? Cuda didn't state in their sales blurb that that they have a 27% WI in FD. You would have thought they would have said "Copl have made a large discovery in FD and we have a 27% WI" The fact that they didn't write that speaks volumes to me.

Tiburn, where does it say FD is included in the Wyoming assets of Cuda and WI %? The sale document just said COPL had made a discovery in FD.

Until proven otherwise with evidence I do not believe Cuda have any WI in FD.

Hopefully COPL didn't bid for Cuda or if they did they didn't win. The money can be better used elsewhere.
