Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Which way will this go this afternoon:
Take it down to scaremonger and shake out before Monday or
Release the brakes with expectation of a Monday 7a.m. RNS
Either way i'm staying put for the long term. Opportunities like this don't come along very often and i've sold out others far too early.
I've seen this so many times but have read a lot and learned an awful lot. Are you a trader or an investor. If you are an investor then stay away from this board and follow the company news. That's where the facts will be. If you are a trader then as long as you know how to play the game you'll make on this and then disappear to the next big one.
here's my take on this:
1. Company deliver on this themselves to full commercialization - IMVHO they will never have enough cash to do this to make it worthwhile for shareholders. Will be too much dilution
2. J/V - how will this be weighted - make your own assumption until the company say and stick to it
3. Sell out to a major - this will represent true value for shareholders and I think this is where it will go. But how much, 10p, 20p....
I'm in, staying in and will switch off and follow the company news.
What’s best for Shareholders . JV or Takeover
For me takeover by a biggie. Long way to go for either but I’m expecting many many multiples from todays close.
UK General Election in 2 years time. Staying in power will be more important to them.
MrDribbles - kindly share a link to where it says Sanctions wont remain after war/conflict has ended. You appear to be quoting factually where as i stated IMO. I might be right/wrong but as i say IMO
Sanctions will be in place long after the war/conflict has ended. No doubt they will be used as a nuclear bargaining chip in the future but IMO will only be gradually removed with a regime change that would need to be in place for several years.
Have read the RNS with interest. Occasionally borrowing from Russian banks at crazy interest rates in local currency. Are these non-sanctioned banks? Will interest earned be funding the war?
Rare Groove - do you have insider information you are illegally sharing or is that your uninformed view?
We’re gonna need a bigger boat!
Jarv, I agree this is good news BUT could be forgotten if other companies release 7am RNS good news. IMO we should release at 7am or intraday and not 90 mins after market close.
Bumble, thanks for reply. At 6pm I wonder how many people are still logged on to pick it up. Maybe naive but my thinking is most are looking early morning for news. For LTHs no doubt we will be logged on as waiting for the big RNS but we want to attract new investors. However if this news opens us up and continues increasing early doors then newbies will join.
Why release this news at 6pm and not earlier in the day or 7a.m tomorrow?
Who am I going to listen to. Some random on a board spouting information not backed up or a positive RNS and a recent director purchase. No replies needed, it's obvious
If we get a 7am Monday RNS then expect to open up.
and another one at 15:29:23
It was a delayed trade from 15:29:24 for £5m. Buy/Sell?
Thanks StejStej. Potentially the reward is huge and surely they can't believe they can get this reward potential elsewhere? The risk is it doesn't happen, no guarantees. What is the expectation on share price if this happens?
Stupid question time but am inexperienced so forgive me. Looking at trades so far today and there are 3 that stand out totaling 256,000 shares. Why when we are on the verge of a huge asset sale? What am i missing?
Let's keep this under 50%, don't want a speeding ticket unless there is anything of value to report.
What Will The Speeding Say?
