Very interesting points made here why sell shares vs borrowing money. Will dividends need to be cut? Diluting shares by nearly 20 percent will that mean 80p is on the cards or is this all priced in?

I’ve set a buy back for £1 not sure this will fall that low but Dec should be closer to 150 with the dividends yield.
