why are Taylor partners selling?
it keeps the sp down. means EISB can't do a fundraise. maybe Regan flexing his muscles - having some kind of tanty or argument with Burt? But I get confused about relationship between Taylor, Regan etc. So could be wrong.

No placing RNS. Despite all the talk. In the meantime there will be probably be at least one £10K plus buy today. Some are taking positions. Some aren't.

that's a very interesting observation.

What also struck me this evening, from reading this board, is that if everyone is planning to buy in after the raise, its going to be a bit of a scrum/herd at that point. Anyway really must try and disappear now and just let everything take its course. Bought a few more today sub 7p. Night all.

Thanks for the reply. Obviously I hope for a quick sp recovery here - for all the LTHolders. For me, at the moment, this is the kind of stock I like to start buying in small tranches at regular intervals. An interesting story but yes the finance is a long, long read.

It has been noted -on this board - that HE1 felt they had nailed a 'discovery' last time and have far greater certainty of proving one this time. They have also had time to make some interesting connections - if that has happened, then we will hear about it in time. But if they prove they have commercial Helium the sp will rocket. This is early days...pre discovery...the time of greatest risk and greatest opportunity.

The Rick B connection is interesting. I hope that someone can report back from the event. Going to have a look at the interview with the fella from Polygon at some point. Thanks for that link. And have to keep reminding myself that I know so little about pharma and maths/stats that I am unable to value the significance of the results published to date. Some here are very confident about their interpretation - but I can't say much on that subject.

OK. I found what I was looking for....from RNS 6th Sep 20...

But according to that fella on the video, they might now have a slightly different kind of trial. Don't know how the funding is arranged for those proposals.

But having read through a lot of RNS's I must say the funding/finance story if way beyond me - need to put in a lot of hours to make sense of all those complex arrangements - in the end what grabbed me was that some warrants (I think they were warrants) were shifted from 11p to 5p - that might be an encouraging sign when the sp is now much lower than 5p.

And on the latest podcast, RM spells it out again - and sorry if this old news for most of you but its new to me as I've been away from here for a while...

"The aim here is to have drugs available so that when somebody is hospitalized with breathing difficulties and where a viral infection is confirmed that you give the drug irrespective of which virus they've got. With the aim of preventing a further deterioation of their disease and to get them out of hospital."

RM spelt it out in his Proactive interview around the time of the interim results. He used the words 'move on from Covid' and said...

"our focus now is to generate data that will ultimately lead to registration for this drug as a broad spectrum anti viral to treat severe lung infections."

Which includes Covid but its not exclusive. I wonder how they achieve this in trials - they will have separate trials for Covid, flu, COPD patients? Or just focus on a group of hospitalized patients with all kinds of different issues? Is there a precedent for that. Anyway regardless of how they do it, it's going to have be paid for. While you can hope for a JV or a Govt funded trial, Synairgen may have to fund it themselves. Whatever 'it' is. In which case what happens to the sp...its been noted that someone (presumed Polygon) is trying to keep it above 17p. Any thoughts welcome.

or do IMM fundraise a bit as well - and then sp goes up after that raise. perhaps the answer are in the RNS's to date - but I couldn't easily see if IMM was funded for trials etc.
