Why has the price fallen? Well the most recent spurt was Odey sell-off.

For sure every time I check my watchlist to see who has the fallen the most....its PXEN....and I've got failed pharmas on my list, consolidations, high risk junior miners (like 'we need $1.5 billion for the mine dude'), I've even got a company run by Trevor Brown on there. And PXEN which is making money and has managed (to date) not to blow up their plant etc is the biggest faller. Every time. And every time I see that list of mine, I just buy a few more PXEN.

I guess it's worthless. Or being manipulated to hell. Or its all about sentiment. And one day that will all stop. Or change. Or it won't. I just keep adding in very small clips.

Odey out? Explains a lot.

Hopefully he's got more to sell. (I want to add more).

I Suspect Troajan was right about HE1 - they could've released Monday's RNS on Friday. But didn't. I suspect its because companies need to keep the huge investors sweet - they chat to each other, the brokers, the companies, the TR1 holders I guess companies need to keep them on board, I can understand that. But it just means the small investors are at the bottom of the food chain. So I'm more or less out of HE1 - perhaps every company behaves that way and perhaps it shows HE1 are tough enough the go the distance...but I don't like it. And I've sold nearly all of my holding. Keeping a chunk back for FOMO but thats it. F rom now on I will try and remember - there's a lot we don't know about. And most of it isn't being done for our benefit. We are blind men who think we can see!

As for me - I'm gonna sell my remaining shares this morning - had enough of this company for the moment- too chaotic for me.

I just hope HE1 aren't digging themselves into a new hole by trying to drill in 2023. Energies might be better used if they accept its going to be 2024 and start making plans accordingly - otherwise they might even mess up 2024 by scrabbling around trying to get 2023 sorted - perhaps they should be looking ahead and take the extra time to finally get it right. Otherwise there are so many unknowns - Sorori (unknown) sharing a drilll with Noble (could easily be a few delays etc)....

I just watched the interview. I haven't tooth combed Oscar's post but I remember Oscar (or someone else) saying Tim was clear about there being no need for placing/fundraising in the interview. Tim did say there would be no additional funds required for the P2P3 - which was a concern raised on this board - and Tim was very positive about IMM and the company's standing and potential - but he never said 'there won't be a fundraise'. Its quite possible there won't be any raise as Tim outlined a few scenarios that could bring in revenue - but watch the interview! Make up your own mind! I look forwards to going back over Oscar's post. And....for what its worth I'm adding at the moment.

Well some of us are disappointed. However I'm not that used to how mining/exploration companies operate. Perhaps if I had spent more years watching oilers etc I'd know this is par for the course. If it is fine. This is just business as normal for an exploration/mining company?

No RNS would be beyond belief. I still maintain that delays are delays - and we know that Noble's timeline is different from HE1's. But anyway breakfast time for now. Lets see what happens later.

I should have stayed on the beach! Lets see what happens at 7am. The Telegram group are super gloomy but delays are delays - they happen all the time. But odd (to me) that Noble and HE1 didn't issue a joint statement - I haven't been following their partnership but maybe it wasn't a great marriage. Anyway lets see what 7am brings. if no RNS...that will be the most horrible buying opportunity ever.

Its tempting to add at these prices.

just wondered...are HE1 actually overdue? sorry to ask and I should know (as I'm still holding a chunk of these) but have been on holiday so brain just melted in spanish sun. i'm not interested in noble and their comms - 2 confusing - for me, keep it simple. are HE1 overdue or not by their own schedule/words.

if its only a couple of weeks....it might not matter all that much.

I doubt your missing all that much. If someone starts adding in large chunks that will probably be the catalyst for sp to jump short-term. Once someone starts buying then all the smaller peeps jump in. Or a few director's buys. On the whole this looks pretty good at the moment - off take with BP (tick) first gas (tick) producing gas (and not something weird that no one wants...like a few AIM stocks)...I'm sure you could do a lot worse than pick up a few of these. There's a good Telegram group for this stock as well....quite a few large holders, all biding their time, fairly sensible debate.

I wouldn't fall of my chair if they did a placing - for an acquisition or something.

Anyway added a few today - buying the odd small clip - be interesting to see where we are in 2024/5

Its not that bad Lambo. It was either an RNS or an interview (can't remember which, but recent) where IMM said the various costs were not 2 terrible. Its been N's suggestion there might be a raise to pay for the phase 2 - but not everyone agrees - one thing is certain, whether or not there is a raise, the sp will go up once we are in the clear on that particular issue. So if you are careful - buy a few now and buy some more later once we know what's going on. Just be careful with your spending. But doubtless I will be proved wrong. Anyway its a nice sunny day today in the UK...farewell to the keyboard.
