TFG? A friend who works in the city thought their most likely play was to bring down their own average to a figure - lets say 50p - then get the company into a position where they could sell it for more than 50p+ per share. But he said that 2 years ago.

I've no idea what is going on or what will happen. But I have some faint hope re COPD. Not very optimistic though. But still stick around because that is my basic nature.

I liked Semantic's post. But I am easily swayed. I am going to do a bit of research in the MRI market and learn about the competitors. I added a few today - I had a lucky win on CAP XX (I don't even know what they do - I've just been following Graham Cooley's buys). These small caps can really run on a good RNS. Short-term aside, I will be adding small clips at regular and/or occasional intervals.

Be interesting to hear from Semantic once they have been through the last six month's posts.

So no deadlines haven't been missed re AGM? I am pleased to hear that.

Re the 'H1' deadline - am I wrong in thinking that trials in H1 were never actually promised but described as being subject to preparatory work (non-interventional re hospitalized patients) and regulatory approvals - only then would trials start? If that is the case then my guess is they haven't finished the prep work - there's more to do, more to consider, more discussions and everything will get bounced forwards another 6 to 18 months. But its only a guess.

Re not being able to buy any shares in the last raise...

The RNS specified...

"Existing Shareholders who hold shares in the Company and are on the register of members..."

I am NOT on the register of members. I think that's the distinction. So not just shareholders. But ones who are also on the register of members. Anyway you can buy cheaper now I might actually add a few when the price reaches a certain level - just in case the Universe produces a RNS to give us a surprise boost.

Only bad if...like many AIM PI's you were a bit over extended

I don't think it is meddling. I'm probably wrong but I thought the actions of the BOD were designed to raise money for the company. I think what is frustrating is the combination of that fundraising but, as some have suggested, the company not sharing all of their sales results and a more detailed business plan. There might be a good reason for the amount of information disclosed to date - perhaps in many ways this is still an early stages company. Anyway there have been some interesting RNS's recently.

Personally I'm torn between selling a percentage of my holding to have some cash ready to buy shares if/when they do a raise or just go with the flow AND make sure I have some cash ready to buy shares if/when they do a raise.

I guess he could be a pain if he was angry and wanted to sell off. Thats why I wondered if he was still working with the company and had a good relationship with the new team.

I'm just starting to look into this company. Anyone found a way to search Google and see this company come back on the first page of search entries - for example if you search 'install LED lighting net zero for UK business' (OK my grammar sucks) they don't come up on the first page....any idea what search terms will give us EAAS on the first page - assuming you are searching as potential customer?

I don't think this is a 'fiasco'. This may well be a very strong stock in 2025/2026. As always a lot of us jump in 2 early. It is a typical 'retail' habit Anyway Swazzer...when do we get a chance to buy at 0.08? And do you have any thoughts on the proposed shift to AIM?

I looked at the FAB website - lots of books. Glanced at filings - I'm 2 ignorant re accountancy to comprehend them. But there is something else?

That aside it is usually considered a good thing if the BOD own a lot of stock.

I would reckon the sp is down because we are still a bit early in this company's cycle. Things are happening - personnel are changing, become more US/Tesla oriented and connected - and some are reticent to buy because they think the move to AIM means more fundraises etc - but no one knows what price they will raise at or who will take that raise - I'm definitely starting to build a stake here. But I'm not expecting a quick return - although you never know.

So Synairgen submitted this article in Jan 2024. Acc to the bit at the bottom of the article. I was just wondering why now. I also have a vague memory of one or two posters thinking Synairgen should be more than 12p for COPD (potential or whatever at this stage) alone.

If they hadn't raised £ to acquire another company you might be tempted to say game over. But raising and acquiring just doesn't sound like game over territory. That doesn't sound like a company on the path to delisting. Anyway not much I can say as I really don't know this company or its pipeline but its been on my must research/look at list - and I'd better go and do that research.
