Certainly Nobby. I've said before that there appears to be a targeted campaign against this company. The articles in certain newspapers and share blogs are no coincidence. This all started after the FSS award. Keeping the share price down has no doubt also been a tactic as it has removed the ability for the company to raise anything worthwhile on the markets should it need to.

Five questions since April 12th.
I laughed when you said voted out of office. He's one of those lucky MPs residing over a constituency where there is only one party capable of winning. He'll be an MP until he retires.
I have been following his questions and he posts so many about HARL I don't even bother posting them. They appear to have ramped up recently, probably as he knows finance is due.
I think RSI is a good indicator for entry into a stock, but unless you're trading irrelevant of newsflow then it shouldn't be a good view of exit. 14p is hardly "into the stratosphere" here is it? When I see 14p my first thoughts are that the share price is pathetic. Clearly it's only down here because of the pending finance deal, I'm not sure RSI has predicted that would take 17+ months and it's not going to tell me when it's coming. Though you could argue that a high RSI of 80+ indicates that the market is expecting some good news, but that would be a bug signal surely?
RSI is irrelevant when solid news arrives. This went from 5.7p to 27p at one point. People didn't stop buying at 8p thinking it was over bought. Certainly TA may help you for short term trading but do you want to be out when that big RNS blows the charts away?
12 months from December 29th isn't September. Of course no one knows, but I would be surprised if we have enough cash coming in to make it to the end of this year without either the finance deal or a loan increase with Riverstone. So no not clear cut this year or bankruptcy, there are other options. Either way I'm not concerned as I don't expect we'll be waiting until Q3 for finance nevermind the end of the year.
Finance deal will be done when it's done. No way are we waiting until September for it though. Clearly we all thought it would be here by now and are wrong on the timing, but September is another 4 and a bit months away. I am expecting it is still imminent.
Compoundinterest, there's been one sell for 50k shares, hardly evidence that there's someone big offloading. The fact the share price held up recently in the high 12s after a 30% rise rather than retracing as certain traders expected suggests the opposite - that there is no big seller. My theory is that certain people who sold out of fear of finances have jumped back in and are happy to hold. I know of one such person anyway.
Yeah it's specifically IG holders. IG is a common platform traders use. 18% is from 51-250 client accounts so I guess anywhere from 9 to 45 shorters. What it doesn't tell you is the size of those positions. Is it 100 shares or 1 million?
I care not for the shenanigans that have taken place in the past, but for the future of the company. At this level it represents excellent value.
