Kooba, do you think I am NigWit?
As an outsider looking in for so many years I always suspected NGR and Troublesome might be the same person. If they are, damn they are good! But eventually he/she will slip up and I'll be proved right... (apologies to you both)..
Kooba, yes I believe the company may have had more success today buying a good chunk at - I think - about 23.2p average. I estimate they bought £167k of shares but it is difficult to be confident of those numbers based on the data available. So don't quote me on those figures - I might be way off. Would be great if the company can keep buying their own shares at or around the tender price.
Tbow, I've seen the POSITIVE arguments for why the company has potential to do great things from here. It has a global contract with a major supplier and has been told to EXPECT MORE ORDERS! Fingers crossed many more orders come this year.
I just worry that if everyone starts buying I would miss out and may have missed out when I could have bought more at 21p. Isn't that how the stock market works? If there is great DEMAND for a share and there is limited SUPPLY of that share - and I'm certainly not selling mine LOL - then surely that SP would INCREASE!
Tbow, that's not nice saying I should go away! I'm a LTH of this share and don't plan to go anywhere other than keep invested based on the POSITIVE POTENTIAL!
Please don't try to bully me off this board. I've seen people do that here and it is not nice.
I've got the same number of shares as I had before the tender and wonder whether I should buy more. I do own about 0.5% of the company already but I really do see POSITIVE POTENTIAL!
I did buy some shares recently at 21p and am worried I might have missed the boat if the SP were to increase from here.. But I guess buying more shares now for the long run might be a good move. Naturally, other people need to do their own research - and I'd advise them be very wary about the ARTIFICIALLY negative views stated by those people trying to trade this share for a quick buck and who would wish to harm the company SP for us LTH's.
Hi all
I understand this company has sent some very POSITIVE new over the past months as it has £23m in the bank and has signed a contract to supply a major GLOBAL customer with quantum dots, AND it is working with 2 major companies on next generation products!
I've seen people say on these boards that the SP COULD increase over the coming weeks and months. Some have said it will tick up to the high 20's in the near term, whilst the brokers are saying 60p over the longer term! I've even heard talk that it might go above 24p today as the company is buying £3m of its own shares at the moment AND £30m has just been received by shareholders that they MIGHT reinvest - possibly TODAY!
I've heard the arguments, that there are fewer shares in issue and sounds like lots of buyers! So, I wonder if anyone has a counter argument - based on the pure economics of SUPPLY and DEMAND - as to why the SP wouldn't start increasing? This would be great news for us LTH's even if we plan to hold on for the longer run!!!
I've heard there are a lot of people trading this share and posting negative sentiments on these boards and crowding out, bullying or dismissing others who challenge them, and who could possibly be working together to try and talk the SP down. I even saw someone post deliberate misinformation yesterday, twice! When they were corrected I saw them repost their misinformation under a different thread. Worse than that, I saw other people post in their defence and even saw multiple posters RECOMMEND the 2nd posting of that misinformation!
I know some people have said that those people trading this share might get "caught with their pants down". I guess they will if the SP does INCREASE!
Thoughts guys?

I feel for you my friend. Would it make you feel better if I told you once upon a time my average was £2.11?...
The company never said they would offer a dividend, just that they would return money to us. They genuinely have.
If you sold a third of your shares at 24p that money would be yours and you would own the same % of the company as you did before. I opted to not reduce my holding and I now own a greater % of the company than I did before. So, if things go well for us and more people out there want to buy what we are selling (and STM have told us to expect more orders) then the SP COULD increase. And if we develop next generation products that end up in an iphone 17 or something the SP COULD increase even more...
But, there are risks and you have to do what feels right based on your research and personal situation. I am staying invested because I see some positive signs - but I would not try to influence you in any direction. I might be wrong.
But I do honestly feel that the company has returned money to me.
Good fortune to you in whichever path you have chosen, or choose going forward.
Troublesome, excellent finishing move sir "you're overloaded, take a rest, Im off"
Please do come back tomorrow - I'd like to play this game with you again. And I'll give you a head start next time... sleep tight.
Troublesome, you "would say that it wasn't misinformation". Wow. You do realise you are saying this in front of everyone and that people will now see through you?
Troublesome, do you now switch to the "you're paranoid, calm down" defence or the "see, he is nigwig" manoeuvre?
Ah, I see you've gone with the former. What a clever boy you are.
So Troublesome, you saw his first message. You saw me correct him for misinformation.
Now you know he reposted it what are your thoughts on that? You already know my motives are to prevent others from being misinformed.
404x, hahaha you guys are all out in force tonight. The deramper squad! What are you all so worried about?
I'm not saying the SP will go up from here. I mean, it might but I'm not saying it will...
Troublesome, you say TG2D is correct to post - twice - that "Christopher Batterham dumped his shares.. not good imho.. insert sad face"
Now is the time for you to stand up and reveal your true colours sir. Are you a man of honour or do you genuinely believe TG2D's motives were not to misinform? Come on man, do the right thing..
TG2D, I see you are calling me Nige again... congratulations. I do love your highbrow style of disruption and misinformation. It's just so difficult for everyone to see through....
2GTD, you reposted your false message again. And within 1 minute another account recommended it.. Hmmm.. after I'd already called it out as MISINFORMATION. So, who are you working with?...
And stop squirming whilst I shine a light on you..
**** WARNING - FALSE INFORMATION ALERT ****
TG2D
It was recorded in the pre tender documentation that Chris Batterham would be selling 69,140 shares - 35.6%
The company rns says he had tendered 69,140 shares over 2 separate transactions. To clarify this the rns says "The sum of the two transactions by Mr Batterham equates to 35.6% of his holding before the Tender Offer, being slightly less than the Basic Entitlement of 38.5% in the Tender Offer"
So... STOP WITH YOUR MISINFORMATION
I can see your game playing, trying to influence the SP down. It has no place on this board. So, STOP DOING IT,
