Personally I think it's pretty sensible advice i.e. rather than chasing price which so many do, research and potentially pick up stock when things are quiet, stock is cheaper and more freely available. I'm not seeing how you think such generic advice is not good for the share price.

Impossible to predict moves with precision consistently. Put into the context though, the pullback wherever it ends is potentially just a small blip in a much larger move upwards over time. PJ certainly believes so and he's closer to the action than everyone else so should have a better idea of the potential.
