I popped out for an hour and did a double take when I seen the SP in the 6s, not a nice feeling but we’ve been here before, good for those who sold and got back in increasing their overall share number but don’t be expecting a pat on the back.

I wonder if Art can buy with the pending JV? He as much as anyone could do with averaging down.

My comment was a little tongue in cheek, however, this is Wyoming, this weather is not uncommon and so would and should be factored in when running an oil company.
No doubt the UK is a different beast, any excuse for a day off.

Thanks RBM, much appreciated. All those quoting we need 16 million, yes, over the next 12 month maybe but we clearly have a lot of irons in the fire. I’m still of the opinion that the restructured hedge can go some way to alleviate these short term cash flow issues.

Say you’re right and the JV is as good as done, it begs the question, why use such wording in a RNA, never mind watch the SP slide 60%? Where’s the accompanying clarification RNA, he was quick enough getting one out when TWat called him out?These things don’t happen by chance, it’s borderline fraud and needs investigating as it’s making a sham of the industry. Elizabeth Holmes indeed Mr Millholland.

NEXT 12 MONTHS.

So by then, we should have sorted JV or RBL or both so current working capital issue is only a short term issue, if I’m wrong then please pull me up as I’m sure it’s not just a poorly written news release.

Also, can somebody clear up for me..the tap facility, why isn’t this factored in to sort out short term cash flow? I’m sure our cornerstone investor doesn’t want to see their investment go down the pan as much as anyone..providing we’re all playing with a straight bat.

DJ let’s hope for some kind of recovery starting tomorrow and Arts silence does not remain so deafening. It’s all too suspicious, led to believe we’re on the cusp of a JV, Art knows our cash position, it makes no sense, in the grand scheme, we need a few mill cash flow, this close to a JV, why is this even an issue? Why cut it so fine, it ain’t Feckin transfer deadline day!

Art plays the game, this is all by design, whether it works out for us is another question. Yes I agree a bit of dilution I can stomach but let’s not forget, we’ve already suffered quite a lot of dilution. If we get to a billion market cap then all is forgiven but these are very uncertain times and the market does not like uncertainty, in fact, it preys on it.

It can all change with one RNA..good or bad..as we’ve witnessed today.

Seriously, has everyone forgot about the restructured hedge, what am I missing?

I thought the restructuring of the costless hedge was supposed to free up money and in turn boost our working capital? I’ve been concerned of our cash burn for a while but found comfort in the fact the hedge was restructured, we have more wells online and JV is in discussions, dumbfounded in this drop, it’s fishy (no not him) to say the least.

I’m holding onto the fact he had the sheer front to quote the Elizabeth Holmes,, Theranos story. Get a proactive out Art for sage grouse sake!
