Are there any comparable RBL deals out there to give us a clue what we might expect in terms of interest rates on a RBL facility? Trying to get a handle on our monthly cash burn. Are we break even around 1500bopd? Senior debt plus all the waivers I guess are costing us at least 15%, that’s over $500,000 a month, if we can get a facility offering say 10% will save us $150,000 alone.

Second quarter started 2 days ago. I maintain my belief that we will see circa 50k barrels in March production.

What document stated that we have funds to cover us until 2024, I can’t find it for the life of me?

I found the main report very cautious but that’s the industry we’re in, however, if the new bonds cover the going concern issue (which I thought they had) then it’s been quite some turnaround considering the issues in play that COPL has had to overcome. I’m very hopeful of significant increases in production March onwards so that will alleviate the pressures (no pun intended) until JV/RBL.

Flare meeting was in March, these are feb figures, all production reported a month behind.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they were waiting on additional funds as Art seems to cut everything to the wire. All out the way now anyway, fully expect to be back over 50k barrels for March, onwards.

All this and now £16m market cap, doesn’t make sense.

CNOOC would certainly be a curve ball but I suppose “they do know Art and he knows them”. They are certainly also large, own a percentage of the lands and are big in Carbon Capture.

Art certainly isn’t flavour of the month, my theory regarding the cash position is that he genuinely believed and still believes there will be a significant incline in production which we will see play out over coming months. He’s rolled the dice and it hasn’t quite worked out, I bit chancy for my liking, but he always knew he had the backing of the bond holders so was prepared to take the risk. Let’s hope we bear the fruits of our MF soon, you don’t pump all that gas in for nowt.
