Prior to the fundraising the value of the company was worth more than it is now - with the SAME information available on Santos, Stanley etc etc. We have not 'hit a duster' or lost a board member. The funds raised are still with the company. We are simply at the behest of the market

is this going?! It was mid-0.50's a couple of weeks ago with THE SAME information provided to market as we have now. I would have expected this price if Santos drill proved there was no helium. So frustrating.

I echo this richteex - I think the sentiment is fellow LTH's tired of being at the behest of yet another placing for a bargain price just as we were actually starting to build some positive news flow and results. As Spary has mentioned Q3 isn't actually that far away in real terms and the positive noises out of Amadeus will hopefully take us much higher before then.

Remember we are producing now and are highly likely to increase this in the near term. It's massively frustrating that those whom support the company, the most loyal share holders are the first in line to be shat on.

Whilst I'm disappointed this wasn't closer to 0.40p as many have mentioned this settles the placing issue for some months and allows new investors to focus on the up and coming developments on many fronts. Our BoD would have more knowledge than us on the current status of Santos and whether the right noises are being made and it was important to ensure the placing was fully subscribed to secure funding in part for our own seismic at Amadeus - everyone will soon be screaming for them to get this done if Santos proves a successful drill and I believe it is a condition of their lease?

As a LTH placings are an unfortunate consequence of a growing business but if used correctly will reward us when the time is right as we are not beholden to loan facilities, interest and debt.
