Morning sir, with regard to this blatant censorship in what is supposedly a democracy championing a free press and free speech I think you can be fairly confident that because the city sharks and associated works do not get a sniff in advance of EUA plans,announcements etc they are looking to their forum pals to try to exercisexsome sortvof misguided control...basically they are having a tantrum .

Of course I have a choice ..what inwould like to know is the choices available from a concise update of companys timeline and progress on " substantial asset " sale..I.e what are the " substantial.assets "
EG if this is going to take 10 years to complete then it may not be of help to some investors..

Implies...that will be how you see this..which of course is a value as any other genuine investors view. A dividend is not dependent on any sale..a dividend can be paid at anytime by any company eg Mark's ansd Spencer's paid twice yearly until recently without being involved in selling assets.
Small cogs?...so small the BOD had to ask us to support their plan at the last EGM..suggest not so small..

My tone ?..anyway to answer your enquiry I did exactly this yesterday, 1 week ago and a week before as well.to date I have not received a reply.

Good evening all....I rarely post but read daily all posts and opinions.i have to say that using the word impatient is a tad rich considering i like some will have been here for 6 years !
In light of the last statements etc from BOD .I really dont think that having been asked for support from us for the BOD for their latest plan etc and now no longer under the FSP umbrella it is unreasonable to call upon the BOD for an update in the " maximization of share holder value ".
Current SP does not support this statement .
Again in light of the value of PGM increasing almost daily and therefore EUA assets the current value of the company is decreasing .
Important to remember all of us invested do actually own a proportion of the company and are perfectly entitled to receive answers to all concerns that we may have.
So before anyone says " if you dont like like sell "..you are missing the point.
We have been given information laced with possibilities..could be , can, possibly , aim to etc..all of this should be an absolute given in any any companys quest for success.
The proffered " special dividend " which got so many excited has not yet been explained as to how and when and how much...just simply thrown out there without real.substance.
Also important to recognise not everyone has unlimited time or the financial where with all to " top up " .
It is very easy as well to form an emotional attachment to this company..I am guilty having bought in at 0.29p.so I am definitely not a recent investor.
All I ask is a concise up front statement from BOD to allow those invested to make informed investments choices regarding continued support or not.
I wish no malice insult, or aloofness in this post and genuinely wish all genuine holders good health and good spirits.

Many thanks..tax on dividends..mm cant say I am an expert by any stretch of the imagination however I believe if SIPP or ISA no tax..if std trading account CGT may apply. I would be inclined to go on you.gov website for clarification.i have always found them very useful .sorry cant be of more help on that.good luck

Good evening everyone.hope all are safe and in good spirits.could I very gently offer a thought...considering the tie up with our Russian chums on the JV and it would appear to me that maybe the Russian authorities could be keen to harness the undoubted expertise and professionalism of EUA BOD with a view to further business opportunities?..we all know that there are agreed targets for carbon emission reductions and 2030 being certainly for UK the deadline for this to be achieved.Russia will suffer economically if its oil exports are no longer required at present levels...so ..again this is just my musings..Putin has already created an East Russian economic development region with tax breaks of 7years for new foreign investors, created free port status for I believe Sebastopol and has a understand with the Chinese for economic cooperation around the Amur valley.new bridge ,new towns , schools etc..to have EUA on board to provide as mentioned earlier plus EUA link to western investment institutions may provide the transition from oil revenue to PGM REM revenue.i really do have the feeling that this is just the start of EUA role in Russian PGM development.
Like I say ..nothing to back this up just thoughts.enjoy your evening all.

Afternoon .yes perfectly summarised..saw this activity by MMs countless times on EUA ...and look what happened in the end....keep the faith , two big announcements to come and then maybe out of left field an offer for the company from big concern...?

Morning all.with the announcement from EUA and the strong but not confirmed buyer is the Japanese consortium I was wondering if said consortium have KM in their sights . My thinking is EUA is not a nickel asset but has all the other necessary battery/clean energy components eg palladium,rhodium etc..add KM to this basket and you have to be close to full element requirements for next battery generation,hybrid vehicles.

Good BHM morning to you.i have drafted up the letter I will send to MrYoung.as promised following is said letter.
Dear sir, i am writing to you with deep concerns as to the company's ability to realise the nickel and associated REMs confirmed at KM.
In 2017 the share price stood at 14p approx..in 4 years under your stewardship this has now plummeted to an embarrassing and deeply troubling 1.58p !..4 years of shareholder investment decline .
So I now ask you what are you going to do remedy this?
Are you engaged in any discussions with potential buyers,partners etc ?
I challenge you now directly to make good on your statement on the company website that concludes with..." it will also generate significant shareholder value "..
This is patently way off he mark as the 4 year SP decline of over 4 years will testify...
So again sir I challenge you to provide compelling evidence that AMC is a serious company with clear objectives that are attractive to current and potential investors .

Is this a sincere company?. is this a complete con?..again I am with you with HZM which appears to be forging ahead and gaining investor confidence and market respect.the complete opposite is undeniably true with AMC.
I shall be challenging Mr Young to provide me with his plan to in the first place to reinstate the miserable SP back to at least 2017 levels.
I will also ask him to provide evidence to support the company's web site statement which finishes with the words..and I quote

Hi, yes of course I will.i am drafting the letter on monday and will happily share it with you . Wedding anniversary today so Senior Domestic Management has my full and undivided focus and attention for today .can I just add that I genuinely want the BOD to respond and engage with shareholders and I really hope this now happens.like I said if after 3 months i or we hear nothing then i shall without doubt instigate several alternative avenues of BOD accountability. Let's hope it doesnt come to this but at the very least I expect the common courtesy of a response. Cheers AT

Well then let's just take a minute to digest the the current SP.....the last time I felt compelled to offer a view I believe I was told in no uncertain terms by another contributor to wait for the TEO which is due in Q1.Furthermore whatvdid I expect from a junior mining exploration company?
As an investor I expect..nay demand the following
A full explanation of updates on company activities, an explanation of why shareholders communications are not responded to?
I stand corrected if I have this wrong but aren't he company duty / legally obliged under their articles of business to engage and inform on a regular basis all companies business?..
I dont think I am alone here now when quite simply enough is enough..as of monday I shall write directly to Mr Young with my concerns..I will write every week for 3 months.1 letter per week..if anyone else fancies doing the same please do it.after 3 months if i/ you have not had a response then I believe time to make representation to any and all authorities stating that he current BOD are not acting in the best interests of us shareholders and are remiss in their obligations and responsibilities.in effect not fit for purpose.
This is not an antagonistic wind up troll post..just one from a current shareholder who has seen this go from 44p to current level...one constant here..RY....please explain why you have not resigned?
