I hear what you are saying, Loud & Clear,......A few years back (approx 15 years), I was invested in a company where a USA group became involved, as a financially much stronger partner, under the guise to help us develop the energy asset we had,... it did not take long for the USA group to turn things around, so they ended up with all of the resource, with the original shareholders of the resource left with Zero interest in the energy asset,.....I will repeat, the USA group came in, under the guise of helping financially to develop the said energy asset, costs of developing the asset were then quickly escalated, leaving the weaker original group vulnerable to the Financially much stronger USA group, which seized full control of said energy asset,.... leaving the original shareholders with no interest in the energy asset.
