To be totally accurate;- Under the agreement, Total has the option and the right to farm-in to a 35% working interest in FEL2/14, subject to the payment of USD27 million to Providence and Sosina. Total can exercise this option within 60 business days of the completion of the upcoming 53.6-A well, which is planned to spud in late June. If Total opts to exercise its option, Providence and Sosina will transfer a 35% working interest. Any farm-in would be subject to approval from the Irish minister of Communications, Climate Action & Environment. At present, Providence operates the FEL2/14 licence with a 56% stake, whilst Capricorn Ireland Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cairn Energy PLC, holds 30%, and Sosina 14%. Druid/Drombeg, were farmed into by Total & Cairn, resulting in PVR, current, strong Cash position, enabling Barryroe to be progressed. Newgrange & AVALON are exploration, where, with the strengthening Oil Price, I'm looking for further Farm-Out's, to be achieved. BW

Hmm, I miscalculated there,..... my previous calculations, are based on my Gross Funds invested in PET,....the calculations, should have been based, on current PET s/p level,....which gives a current level of 1.35% approx, of my current share portfolio Funds invested, exposed to PET s/p, at present. Cash call looming, you could be right there,.....I am holding a small (2.3% approx, of my share portfolio, is invested in PET, at present values) Core shareholding, in PET, at present,....if we get good unexpected news, resulting in s/p uplift, I will be in a good position (toe in the door) to average up from,....if we get dilution via Cash call, with only 2.3% of my portfolio value, exposed to PET s/p at present, I am in a strong position, to take advantage of any lower PET s/p level, which could result, from any dilution.
