Resolution 5 not passed,.....my understanding of what was said is, if shares need to be issued for further acquisitions, it would now probably be by Open Offer route,.....therefore dilution is not a concern, for myself.

Yes, it is good to see the Chinese presence,..... Dunquin South new 3D is also good news,..... as is the CLOSING OF FARM-OUT FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF EQUITY & TRANSFER OF OPERATORSHIP IN FEL 2/14 TO TOTAL, which contains the undrilled Diablo prospect.

With Barryroe & Newgrange looking good, agree with LONGWAIT.

What Market Cap will LOGP be valued at, in 5 to 6 Years, if Barryroe is pumping Oil Commercially, at that point in time,....multiples of the current Market Cap of £9m approx (imo),....with my current LOGP shareholding average (s/p@1.43561p), quite happy to hold my LOGP shares for 5 to 6 Years, if that is what is required, for the Market to reflect true value, here at LOGP.

With a valuation of about US$0.3 per contingent barrel for its 10% ownership,..... which LOGP will be left with, after the Closing of the Barryroe Farm-Out,.....US$ valuation per contingent barrel, for LOGP 10% ownership, after a successful Closing of the Barryroe Farm-Out, I await with interest,.....with the Oil Price looking good;-

Commenting in the RNS link below, CEO Steve Boldy points out, with a market cap of US$10M (£7.58m approx), Lansdowne's valuation equates to less than US$0.3 per contingent barrel for its 10% ownership, which LOGP will retain, after the Closing of the Barryroe Farm-Out.

On the Closing of the Barryroe Farm-Out, myself would be looking for a Market Cap, multiples of todays.

1cagney,...If there is a Funds raise at LOGP, at some point in the future, after Barryroe Farmout completion, it would be at a much higher level, than the LOGP current s/p (imo). BW

For myself 1cagney, its as I said in my last post. PVR has achieved good Farmouts recently, very comfortable waiting (holding & increasing) myself. BW

Looking forward to second half of 2018 & 2019 onwards, myself, TirnaNog,......been very busy with my Elephants in the first half of 2018,....will have more time for my Horses, in second half of 2018. (Horses & Elephants,....Horses = my Share portfolio, held solely for Capital Growth...Elephants = my Property (Houses) portfolio, primarily held for yield, & secondly for long term Capital Growth). Taken from 04 April 2018 Interim Results;- "Onshore UK Our three producing fields in the East Midlands petroleum province recovered an average of 97 boepd during the period, generating sufficient revenues to cover our operating expenses, another differentiator between Europa and many of our peers. There is a readymade opportunity in our portfolio to more than double our existing production to over 200 barrels of oil per day (�bopd�) this year by bringing the Wressle discovery on line. Following two unsuccessful applications for planning consent in 2017 (despite being recommended by North Lincolnshire Council�s own planning officers) the operator, Egdon Resources, is currently preparing two new planning applications for submission to the Council in order to gain consent for Wressle to be developed.
