The New Investors that now own 12.2% of the company.
There is a line that states 'The New Investors may also purchase further shares directly through the market. '
Does this mean in essence that they could buy shares this week on the open market to help push the share price past Alessandro's call option ?

I will say one thing - so many companies now invested or signed up including funders / partners in each region. With AZ, following FCA / MAR re insider information, they all will be well informed about the potential of SYME - you would expect such buying ?

What is becoming very clear here is how close the connections are between many parties. The figures mentioned are massive..

All I can say going forward is I believe many questions are going to get answered this week. We have in my opinion 2 massive updates coming with further names being disclosed.

It's possible we may well get a few RNS's this week.

I am more excited about the progress of this company than my stake and what I could get back - I'm sure that view will change :) possibly in a week lol here until April 2022

It's great to have a mixed bag of different opinion's to how things will pan out over the next day and a half. It will be very interesting to see which way this will go.
AZ so far is playing a blinder taking this right to the wire.

Parm: totally agreed on AZ getting his option once reached.
Absolutely want it tomorrow as need to return back to noddy land and catch up on some well needed sleep. Just have a niggling feeling news might not land until last trading day.
Whatever happens hopefully it will be the well deserved news all genuine investors deserve.

On to a more positive note, today has been a great day again here for the genuine investors. Momentum building in anticipation of the biggest news of 2021 for (SYME). With one & half days trading left I hope along with many others news will land tomorrow and we take of to the land of riches. My gut tells me news will come on the final half day, so there is less time for the share price to pullback and everyone is a winner.
Whatever happens we're all in for a fantastic new year's treat.

I think we're definitely in for a 2021 bonanza year. Will be very interesting to see where we end up.
I posted some far off figures of predictions the other evening,which were a bit far off the mark. Had my first drink in 6 months, so got a bit over excited lol.
I do think however we're definitely see 1p+ by year end. 2021 hoping for March 3p, by year end 7p to 12p. After that is anyone's guess. If all comes good will be many investors Best performing investment.

One thing SYME should be given credit for is that they're not diluting shareholders with placing after placing. How they're raising real money is through the directors selling shares. Directors are now down to 38.9% from an original 74%.
