I agree that it appears that once again Baylan has got away with not doing his job and not being brought to task for it. As good a job as Mis Modiq did, he appears to have got away with it......again.

I can offer some trivia which I learned recently..
Apparently when transporting manure on ships, when stored in the hold it would become moist and give off methane gas, which caused explosions.
So to stop this the manure was store above the water line and was referred to as cargo that was to be
Stored High In Transit. S.H.I.T. hence the origin of the expression. Found that quite amusing :-)
