Why I think people should consider putting ATM into their portfolio for the mid/long term investment.
As I and others have said before. The open cast mine that ATM have now taken over was one of the biggest tin miners in the world. It was shut down due to the crash in the price of tin. With the now increase in demand for tin in the soldering along with the usual use( moving away from lead soldering for obvious reasons) plus the dramatic increase in the price of tin. The demand for tin is ever increasing for technology sector, again along with the other metals of course. The biggest demand I can see is in EV and power storage sector. Back in its day as I said before when this mine was in operation, the main focus was in the tin within the pegmatite deposit. Other minerals contained within was largely dismissed, beryllium, cesium, niobium, tantalum titanium, and tungsten (very often found with tin) etc. So it's not just tin that's available to ATM that could be extracted as by products bringing extra revenue along side the tin. With better equipment and better screaning technology at hand that was not available years ago. With the first phase start up happening very soon bringing in revenue. This then will pave the way for the second phase for the ramp up in scale. Which might need some extra cash to achieve this. But with cash coming in from stage one then hopefully it will not be as much. With demand expected to increase year on year and other tin miners coming to the end of their profitability. ATM have just started at the optimum time IMO. A lot has been said before but if anyone is looking for very exciting mid/long term investment then this one must be worth looking at IMO.
