I have nothing against that , but it's not for me ... I prefer more of significant gains before I sell a stock ...

Dollars or pounds , the point is that liabilities are more than covered by receivables! Chariot is a bit of a basket case ! If you are not invested I would steer well clear ... IMOHO You can also choose to ignore that if you want ... Soco however is one of the most undervalued oilies in London DYOR

They are actually 45 million of liabilities (get your facts right) but These liabilities are cancelled out by the trade receivables and tax rebates ! I repeat WE ARE CASH RICH WITH NO DEBT (NO DEBT MEANS NADA ZILCH NIET DEBT) This oil & gas investment malarkey really isn't for you Indiana lol

Indiana Debt is low ????? Are we talking about the same company ??? LOL DEBT IS ZILCH! Zero ! Nada ! The company is cash rich with NO DEBT !!! Not LOW DEBT ... There's a BIG DIFFERENCE

Ohh I see how you have done the calculation !!! In that case, my average in Soco international is MINUS 20p (-20p) because the profits I have made are more than the amount I currently have invested. That doesn't even include the 40p/ share 10p or 2 p dividend ...

I personally wouldn't call 142p "good levels" but its a start. These shares should be £2++ any day of the week! Give me another example of an oil company that is currently cash rich, paying a dividend, has no debt, had good low cost producing assets and is run by a competent & experienced management team. I can't think of many others TBH ...

The Dividend will definitely go through and I have already used my 35k shares to VOTE FOR the dividend using postal voting. "Ex dividend" usually means the date after which new shareholders won't be entitled to the the dividend (in other words the dividend belongs to the seller rather than the buyer) . This date will probably be between 20th- 30th June NOT TODAY...

Ex divi? The dividend is in June ! It still has to be voted for at AGM .

Security It was only Thursday (2 trading days ago) that you were ramping this .., nothing has happened and SOCO is just as profitable as it was on Thursday (even more profitable because the oil price is now $2 higher) ... Like you said "news due soon + that lovely dividend" Good luck all

Hi Indianna _ Jones I tried to have a reasoned debate with S4k "Security" a while back and gave up when the messages became less and less legible. I guess he means £2.5- £3....? not 2.5p-3p? Cash in hand t the moment is approximately 20p/ share and increasing (once the Mongolia) money comes in later this year! There is also the 2p dividend to look forward to this year and another dividend possibly October - November... I have tended to ignore the ramblings of S4K "SECURITY" ! He is an amateur trader and will make up his numbers to suit his position. When he has a position in the stock he will be come super bullish and once he dumps the shares he will start talk **** about the company... I agree that his use of the word "stats" leaves a lot to be desired to be honest.... I was hoping he would back up his poorly worded argument with Price to Book Ratios, Price to Earning Ratios, NPV and Gearing etc when he said "stats"...

No thanks ! A "C class" is definitely not my style ! Was always more of a BMW / Audi kinda guy but recently jumped ship ! Recently bought an evoque partly from the DGO Takeover profits .... Isn't it nice when you can buy a share for £1.20 and sell for £8? With Some nice dividends along the way too ! I prefer that rather than selling every other week for a few hundred quid or a few p/ share ... Each to their own ! Good luck with your investments

The Oil price is also starting to show slight signs of improvements which will be a big boost! Some should spend less money on oil/ gold shares and more on English lessons! Just my honest opinion.... #shouldhavestayedinschool
