Baffling reaction ! Expected a jump up to over 3p now that the uncertainty is over!

I too am backing the current BOD against this concert party!

I however am deeply underwater & disappointed by their performance. I need the BOD to start delivering once this vote is behind them!

My average is just under 5p and I have over 1 million shares. Yikes!!!

I’m honestly conflicted but in my previous experience these types of activist investor issues don’t end well for normal shareholders after the board are removed.

Look at what happened at BLVN a few years ago? The new bod issued large dividends with cash and the share price is now 80% lower than where it was

Look at what happened with RRL, they new Chinese bod took over BOD , diluted shareholders and the shares tanked

I’m not saying this will happen here. The shareholder group has made some excellent points and I hope the BLOE team will take heed if they survive this vote.

I’m voting to keep the chairman but at the same time, Paul Haywood has a lot to answer for ? Anyone remember his LSE performance a while back when he arrogantly declared “I’m not in Georgia to produce 2500 bbls of oil per day”. He was ramping about 10,000 bopd+ ! The guy is a sales man that doesn’t even know the difference between Bbls per day and bbls of oil per day! He is incompetent and I wish we could get rid of him instead of dimock! That’s a resolution I would’ve backed!

I believe you are referring to operational cost and Malcy is referring to all in costs ... G&A and interest etc

18 months worth of survival according to the company at current prices before they might need to raise cash. This was confirmed by malcys post earlier

I hope you and your families are keeping well in these uncertain times.

I stuck to my guns (as I said I would) and sold out of TRIN early January when the shares failed to break previous resistance at 13.7p. It was more down to luck than anything else. I was adjusting my portfolio for the year and decided I didn’t want to spend another year watching TRIN fluctuate between 10-13p. I wasn’t so wise with all my proceeds though. I used some to purchase some Jadestone and average down more on jadestone. So I’m sitting on a 20% loss there. I also used some of the proceeds to purchase some POG and PAF and have done reasonably well there. I bought a few short term Covid plays and traded in and out of those. Sitting on a fair amount of cash and want to see if anyone has some good suggestions for me to do my own research on. Not looking for any pre-revenue junk. Need decent cash flow profitable plays

Hopefully TRIN works out well for you guys. It needs some patience and ideally SPT reform and higher oil prices.

Chariot is a poster boy for successful exploration on AIM. They have an astounding track record of delivery and overachievement.

Gooner, Growl and Jinx just don’t want you to get rich! This is a company that is going places! Load up load up ! Shares are cheap at 1.89p! I’ve already invested my life savings here and will be borrowing money from Amigo loans to buy some more CHAR shares. My buddies Stewart & Davie have agreed to counter sign my loan agreement! I told them I’ll give them 35% of all profit we make on CHAR this year. If I can’t pay they’ll have to cover the loan but I told them this a guaranteed play! All I need is the SP to get to 19p and I’ve ten bagged the loan! The biggest worry I have is whether to buy a Lamborghini or a Ferrari with all my gains! Ignore the noise and pump your life savings into this once in a lifetime opportunity!

If you are angling to get back in fair enough! But don’t advise someone to sell for your own gain! Certainly don’t do it buy making up fake info ! Yes the SP is being hammered no doubt about that but this is at last a turning point for the company!

Also you calculations are completely wrong ! The 34 for Egypt was in less than 9 months NOT a whole year as you calculated! It was also in a time when the company’s production in Egypt was at its lowest 5k or there about! Egypt produces decent FCF when you look at it with a longer term view and higher production rates.

Vietnam can also exceed the 6500 mentioned when they fix the compressor which is preventing gas lift wells from operating correctly.

You state no drilling in Vietnam until 2021. That’s also not true we are drilling in Vietnam as we speak! Results expected in 6 weeks time. Look at the CMD Presentation. This well also has exploration upside!

Yes the dividend cut has been a pain but we are finally looking at production growth. Within a few years I expect production over 20k combined Egypt and Vietnam. Next year we expect another 5 wells in Vietnam ! Plus 20 wells in Egypt! That’s why the dividend needed to be cut! Once those wells start to produce we should see cash to start to build and dividends start to increase again! This company once paid 40p in 1 year!
