When this company can make the sp rise and not fall then yes Mc fair points. I’m very aware this company should and could make profit.

It’s just it doesn’t. No matter how good things seem.

I’m waiting for that to change. But until such time I won’t be chasing any more dangled carrots.

It’s time for results and a serious change of fortune.

And trust me when this company make profit and can at least return to going concern concern levels, I’ll be leading the rockets.

But, quite frankly, WTI could be 1000 bucks, they could find a new continent and still not make any profit…

Oil price going up steadily for months.

Copl shares falling.

WTI has no effect here. If it does, they counter it with more shares.

At no point has WTI had any positive impact here, even at 100 dollars, or 40…

Hugely underwater due to this company’s poor leadership and absolute. And yet to see it do anything that results in it actually performing at even a substandard way..

Circa 15p on going concern ffs!!! Now look.

New ceo has yet to impress. Sp has gone down since Art “left “ not up. So I wouldn’t be blowing anyone’s trumpet just yet.

I’m simply a LTH who has yet to see any of the reasons I invested actually happen.

The reality is We’ve gained a huge discovery, another company, better equipment and further licensing but achieved a 95%+ fall in share price.

To date it’s been a total disaster and it’s mostly Arts terrible management and misinformation.. who remembers 5000bopd on the new COPL website..

My agenda after 4 years is to break even.. that’s it. Fk Art and all his stitch ups. I’ve got 3 files full of trades and coms and it’s all boarderline fraud. Sick of it.

The assets always been my focus. And reason to remain. The problem is debt and the position we are in regarding getting a good deal.

Would be very happy to see some profit but at this stage, and at this sp one can’t help but wonder after continued dilution and debt increases if we will ever see a return to pre going concern levels.

For those invested and averaging down since Atomic it’s been a long hard road and we’ve not yet once seen any reflection of true value.

Art wouldn’t have stepped down or agreed a salary cut without good cause. Obviously the bond holders given too much power and also had enough. It seems that Art must have been given a divi insensitive on his shares or a very good deal for his ownership Im sure. Not to mention all the money he got by lying to shareholders this last year or two…

Good riddance imo, he’s led many of us astray and broken almost every promise and hope he gave us.

No doubt he’s a shrewd man but he’s only looked after himself to date.

I hope Cathy is sacked as well. Terrible investor relations.

So the sp remains at p155 poor levels and we continue to clutch onto any hopes of this recovering on any of the prospects we invested for.

We had hoped assets would be valued at around 120-150p regions but no mass dilution has changed things somewhat.

Do people still have hopes of 10-20p in the next year.

Don’t forget we have the approved consolidation to come.

Ignoring that, I’m hoping that we now have a a full takeover, it will be at a thieves dictation of course and won’t be close to anything we have hoped for.

Currently I’m thinking we will be exceptionally lucky to see 20p.

I’m at a bit of a loss at to what happens next now art has been removed as CEO.

Clearly the LOI was part of a negotiations to take over the bulk of the company, there’s going to be some big change here that’s for sure.

Will we once again as investors be sidelined and drained or will we see some reward for years of patience and pain is yet to be revealed.

Huge fundamental change happening. Arts removal as CEO is something else, at this stage especially.

Not entirely sure what to make of it, will re read a few times though it all seems to point to a serious JV being genuinely near completion.

Let’s get back to pre going concern levels as a first stop fish. That would be nice.

Disagree completely. JV will fast track. Low production has been due to infrastructure unable to cope with high pressures. High pressure issues and upgrades in place along side flaring the current production rates should see a significant increase from existing wells alone. Not including planned new ones.

This alone will get us cash positive even with the current sh*tty borrowing terms.

JV, now Art has drowned us in bond shares, just means we can do things faster. It is not however essential for the company.

Anyone who refuses to acknowledge the raw facts are dreaming I’m afraid.

Mcap and sp speaks for itself.

Many of us who are fed up will be rejoicing if any of the things we invested for come to pass ( and we don’t get further dilution, for the 10th time .. )

Of course the RBL nearly 2 years, the promise of a JV a year or more.. and so far all we’ve got is a non binding or comital letter.. still low production and incredibly bad terms regarding debt, huge company salaries whilst crashing the sp from above 20p and beyond to barely being able to hold onto a few pence.

The reality as always is far from the hope..

The only real positive is that’s Arts stopped doing interviews lying through his teeth about investor upside because he’s already fleeced hundreds of thousands from us lot that invested before and around the purchase of Atomic…

Any upside we’ve ever hoped for, to date, has always been trumped by significant dilution and decrease in mcap.

I’m still, after a very very long time waiting for that to change.

And here we are, 20p was low, 16p was low, 13p was insane, 6p was unbelievable, 1.5p was a bargain… and now we are gripping onto 4p but we’ve done so well to recover from single pence.. if you arrived recently. And well done you.

For the rest of us. Ugh.

I’m not sure we will get any news tomorrow but happy to see a steady rerate, let’s hope it continues to create new bases to grow back from.

Pecker up but portfiloilio down. Always had a balanced view here, but facts are it’s been a disaster to date.

Only ever wanted this company to do well, but lost tens of thousands on arts broken promises and snake like manipulation. Not that over sold a pound. Only ever bought.
