Im very much hoping, that ( as i mentioned not so long ago ) the pain of getting CUDA alongside Atomic was was due to a much bigger picture.

It's been taken to the line, and im hoping we find out why soon.

Hopefully a seriously good JV and production up at capacity! though wouldn't be surprised of teething problems there as well initially, its a serious upgrade.

Something crossed my mind, the JV has taken a good while now, and I wonder if it no coincidence that art has been backed benched by the “corner stone investor”

I think it’s very likely Art was about as stubborn as it gets, the LOI an away of saying we are keen but we can’t negotiate further with Art calling the shots. Perhaps this latest shift around is the last hurdle and that was reaching an agreement that Art wouldn’t fully accept, rightly, I imagine he wanted the best deal, but the reality in our position is that the JVP will know they can bargain hard against our current position and perhaps Art wasn’t compromising so was repositioned as part of the coming deal.

he may even take a section of the company as his own, perhaps take a portion independent.

Copl gets taken over and some of its assets bundled into a new co with Art at the helm again giving him funding through a free carry on the JVP drills.

The more this goes on the less convinced that this will be simply someone joining in. It feels more like an asset split and takeover to me.

But complete speculation obviously. Have no credible sources to justify those thoughts.

I do wonder if they will want to turn this into a private company.pretty sure know Art would now he’s sucked his fill out of his investors and his utter contempt for us all believing in his vision.

Reason being; we always get locked in a range that appears not be relative to fair value. Currently, this around appear to be very cheap, but if it was we would have educated investors and funds piling in here ahead of a JV.

That’s clearly not happening. And it’s a concern of mine.

If this was seriously undervalued, then why are we not seeing larger investment incoming. It’s perplexing when looking at the assets.

Either way, I’m pretty sure going private would require a vote.

Now, at 3p many investors would probably agree at 10-15p perhaps considering the current price. Is someone trying to get the company for dirt cheap?

It all feels ever so slightly contrived to me. The going concern, the capped production, arts salary hike, the consolidation request the price at which bonds can be taken, it’s all normal stuff but the way it’s been done here just feels very shifty to me not to mention the length of time this JV is taking.

It’s either going to be a very big and fantastic deal;

Or it’s going to be some sort of low ball offer / deal which continues this companies track record of bitterly failing its shareholders and who would be surprised, not many I’m sure. Certainly the market wouldn’t.

Understand some people may not be able to handle this sort of comment, so my apologies to you. it’s just simply pondering.

I would hope Boldlygo that that wouldn’t matter. Access, transport, logistics can be effected, but the actual engineering should be able to cope with expected temperature ranges, they know what winter is like and it would have been factored in for sure. It simply costs too much for it not to be.

It’s hard to imagine news, especially regarding the JV, it seems to be never ending.

Would be such a welcome surprise to get news that actually makes the sp go up!

A lot of big money has come In above 10p here. A lot.

And that money imo is holding tight.

The subsequent going concern fear slayed the price ( on purpose imo ) for bond holders to short. It’s been played like a fiddle. Would seem a lot of bonds being sold for profit without any concern for the future of this company.

Sentiment here is low. Small time trades influence small daily movements.

Once JV concludes and production up this should be valued accordingly.

It would seem, at 3p this is still priced to fail.

Anyways.. let’s see what tomorrow brings.

If this new ceo doesn’t capitalise on oil now being above 90 dollars, I’m talking general sentiment as much as capital, the. He’s a big a fool as the last.

The potential output of the Atomic infrastructure could easily see us achieve 2000-3000-4000 bopd a day once the new systems are in place. Multiple new drills on top and strengthening oil price.

As much as Art is a fool my only hope is that he understood that he needed to own it all. He risked everything pushing it to the line to achieve that.

Nobody talks about Cuda anymore, that’s what got us into deep trouble. So I can only assume it was worth it.

And now, all the pieces seem to be in place, flaring, flooding, pressure management, new reserves and high oil prices.

If they can’t pull this out the bag now, then they are morons.

Surely this has been played, it’s not normal otherwise. The players have been playing this for sure.

And many of us have paid dearly for it…

But surely, with the assets now the JV simply cannot low ball us. We have to be worth 15-25p at least and that’s a serious downgrade from what this company have.

Jesus, I post here occasionally .. and as a holder with a very substantial holding, and following this share since pre Atomic it’s not always wise to assume you know other people to make judgement.

Hate to break this to you, but this is actually a public forum for expressing your views specifically on a company you are invested in.. if you can’t handle that maybe public forums aren’t for you!

Assets valued at around 120p not long ago, art said he thought 50p was fair sp value. Let’s say we have double the shares in issue since then.. well, going of Arts prediction that’s 25p now.. let’s half that because the guy is a moron and liar.

So 12.5p

In a nutshell that’s my target… about a tenth of what I thought this company might achieve.

It’s sure sad bob isn’t it, to think now it would just be nice / lucky to break even after years of all those hopes we’ve had here.

Getting back to pre going concern RNS with this outfit of absolute clowns seems a dream now.
