Yes I'm well versed on everything going on. However there is likely much going on not behind the scenes. The optimal pathway may still be found.

Beutong will be mined (in time) but the question remains whether it will realise any value for Asiamet. It's a very blurry picture given the semi autonomous Aceh region and I can see it being a protracted navigation to reach the optimal pathway they talk about. When Asiamet close out Ksk (which they will when ppkh nonsense is sorted) they need to give a clear direction on Beutong exit.

Remember though, that fits the hyperbole from days gone by too when mentioning ARS as a potential billion dollar company , 😀 I remain heavily invested as Ksk will happen.

Remember, the DFS covered BKM only and its bankable ore reserves. Norin were never go to pay top dollar for just BKM alone (especially given capex amount). I assume also forestry costs would continue to be incurred across all of Ksk and so a cleaner exit. Easy to say sale price should have been higher but there was a strategic process and this was the best we got. Beutong is orders of magnitude greater so potentially much much bigger reward IF they can find this "optimal pathway"

I don't think anything they don't like specifically. It's just the glacial pace of Indo governance. Also if you've followed Asiamet for any length of time you'll know it's painful. The delay probably boils down to bureaucratic gridlock between Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Forestry and others. So deal probably fine but just treacle-like process.

As you both say we'll get clarity soon on KsK and a clearer position on exit route for Beutong. Copper price still raging on -its a shame really strategic process didn't fall a bit later. Norin have got an absolute bargain.

Any thoughts on how much of KsK proceeds they'll distribute. Although lengthy delays in closure SP really ought to be nearer 1.75 right now

Last RNS said Chinese approval hoped for by Feb but I imagine CNY added small delay - hopefully imminent. Hopefully get KsK wrapped up by end of March and maybe a Beutong cherry on top. Dollar has actually strengthened a bit so hope it continues to do so

I'm fairly new to ALL but been on my watch list. Given current market cap, the DFS NPV and their 40% isn't a lot of the potential already built into sp already. What am I missing that still makes this compelling (ignoring for now the halting on asx)
