The official receiver has acknowledged our input. They have released this public statement. You MUST follow the instructions outlined on the following link and submit your proof of debt if you wish to be in line for any possible compensation:

It is ridiculous that we cannot even find out if the actually company entered into administration. I suspect it will have to wait for mandatory liquidation after an event which will see it being struck off from companies house. The whole game is not straight!

How can a company that owes £9million to creditors be left sitting in limbo?

Do the major creditors not even want a chance to get anything back?

This whole AIM thing is just too easy for these business men when failed CEO and directors can just walk away unpunished whilst shareholders and creditors lose out.

The last update from BELL was that they were trying to find the money to go into administration.

Does anyone know if this happened?

Does anyone know if Bob was able to scriunfe up enough money to complete the insolvency?

And how many of these revelations were revealed in the various RNSs over the padt 18 months?

Why is this info on a private LinkedIn site and not issued to shareholdees and the market?

My first venture into Stocks and Shares ISA a few years ago and out of 3 stocks I picked, 2 have gone down the pan. Rachel from accounts wants us to put more into S and S ISA but I am afraid it is all too easy to be fooled by individuals wanting to make a quick buck!

Dash, there is probably only a core of no more than a dozen people on here who have commented throughout this debacle and maybe only some of them are PIs. There are maybe a lot more who are reading but not posting, so, is it possible for you to create a template letter of complaint, including address details, which we could all send to Guernsey Resistrar or is your single complaint sufficient?

Just been through a very similar process with BELL (Belluscura) which ended in option 1 so I am not at all hopeful of anything positive from this bunch of woodentops at WBI, sorry but won't be near any AIM companies again after these experiences!

It would seem that dropping a RNS is possible as they did so re the resignation.

I have shares in another AIM company also suspended on 1st July and nothing from them to date either. The least we should expect is a progress update on The completion of the accounts or perhaps FCA should get themselves involved.

I agree that some people on here with opposing views should also stay silent whilst there is nothing to chat about.

Valentines, you may be correct in the majority of your statements, but

Previous RNSs suggest that the whole board has changed in the past year, so how is it the same people at the helm?

I have only a small investment in this circus on the back of Mötley Fool and carbon credits post some time ago now, but I have to say even though the outlook for my small amount is bleak, it has been at sometimes fun reading the comments on here.
