Val my 4 billion Amazon comment was me being sarcastic. Probably as much chance of them buying as any other major Co. coming and taking the lot. I was pointing out we cant invest on hypothetical ideas. There's never been any hint of a takeover so I assume its a non starter.

Yeah it only takes Amazon to buy Valirx for £4billion and I can retire lol. I cant invest on that probability.

Trial finished in 2017 though which highlights the time taken to get here. We dont know when 201 will be up for sale. its realistically 18 months going on what GM has said in his interviews.

Id be trying to sell 201 to the same crowd as 401. If at all possible.

That would be best case scenario uncanny but if the trial finishes in June, we'll need to go through all the stages we have with 401. When did 401s trial finish? Think we got survival results Dec 2017. we're now in 2019 looking for a deal so we'll likely be 2020/2021 before 201 is at that stage. On 401 GM said hed like a cash payment up front, but it wasn't the hold up... he didnt say there would be 1 though. 401 jv is pivotal in the companys future at this point imo. Well as far as we're all concerned.

I agree the results sound V. positive but the problem is the time to commercialisation and seeing the market price in the value of such a potentially great compound. The market knows the costs involved and what that leads to... we need a good result from 401 jv to allow the company breathing room to operate without constant dilution. Like GM said a good cash up front deal is preferable to VAL

Where I think we are: Metal Tiger exercises warrants at 1.2p as well as other warrent holders before they expire (guaranteed profit). Those warrents have been sold off, possibly to chase profit elsewhere (GGP) for MT it seems! There's been a couple of positive RNS allowing these shares to be flipped at circa 1.5-1.7p... Mick Billing has picked up another £36k at 1.2p... several potential partners in the Molybdenum market and the Tungsten market have expressed interest in contracts at Molyhill. Commercial advisor is hopefully in talks now after being appointed on November 20th.

I see this a lot with AIM companies, the ones who influence the market know we have a break in news flow, probably well into Q1 before we hear anything. They'll Let it drop before we get word of commercial discussions. Not too long to wait hopefully. Im expecting over 2p in the not too distant future tbh.

Resolutions 5 & 6 are pretty standard practice no? Seen it in other companies, just renews the right for the BOD to issue shares and would have passed anyway as its how we raise funds "on AIM". The business is operating as normal atm. Im just concerned for when we relist what the MC will be? Will there be news prior to it because right now this is going sub 1p and then some!
