the important word you used is "presume" mate. "If not presume the $600k hasn't either" you're operating under the impression it hasn't but we don't know we might well have been paid... is "this month" March when it was written or April? regardless there is enough information to proceed on the belief that both parties have agreed to a payment plan from the point of the RNS. Also don't know if SNPC would negotiate reducing their % of the licence for no reason. it would be better negotiate % then issue a licence stating % holdings by both parties no?

Yeah we were told Q1 for an outcome on 401, I suspected that wouldn't happen tbh. We now don't know what is going on but Im fairly confident the regional dispute would be sorted by now. I think the can is being kicked down the road to get the placings out the way before announcing another soul destroying update. Good chance we've been duped for years to just fund the drugs with no commercial return to Shareholders. The drugs will be sold off to a low ball offer and the BOD will announce it as "long term best option for shareholders" I think the real reason this company doesn't do marketing via social media is it would be torn apart. Sorry but its just how I feel now. Im holding and hoping to be proved wrong but at 80% down Im out of options anyway lol.
