Can someone clarify for me here? If we're 10% (haha) below 0.52p at the date funds convert we're liable for £10M penalty? Because we're what 45% below that atm. Im assuming we dont know when that conversion will be but hope they've got news up their sleeve because i know what said investor will take in the event our SP hasn't recovered. It begins with an "I" and a "P" then they'll employ a few scientists!!! with a share incentive scheme no doubt to develop it :|
