Looking good here. As the CEO says theres a serious disconnect between the Mcap and value of assets. Another top up yesterday and probably another should should the SP dip on a placing. I think we could be looking at 8-10x current share price in 12-18 months. Just need to sort out the funding!!

Im looking for the bad news in the RNS and I cant see it. Whats peoples thoughts cos I think were looking at multiples of the resources estimates.

Tbh I think investors expect communication when their holding is being diluted and theres an apparant conflict of interest at times. A lot of companies have placings then update the market with info on how that money has or is being used. It just seems with VAL its a constant churn of shares with the same info being regurgitated. "In talks"

Maestro im guessing the new broker might be for a smallish placing with the rest off the funds coming from a jv I could be wrong. They said minimum dilution, Im not sure if the previous raise was the lot or if we'll see another. The market didnt like yesterday's RNS or was it the oil price?

Im definitely not deramping mate. My average is about 4p. Id like to add more lower and haven't sold a bean here since December. Im just calling it as I see it. Ive never seen a placing on AIM above or equal to the SP so im taking that chance. If I dont get it Ill hold and maybe top up elsewhere

Im never surprised on AIM, if this goes bk to 2.3p dont be shocked. I get the impression that was filling an order though "mates rates" so we might never see it again. If we go lower from here ill be tempted.

Its not just a case of raising funds and you're off maestro timing is important, a lot of investors in Rose wont see their money back.

I think when theyre raising funds the company might get bent over mate. Wouldnt be surprised if the placing is lower than current SP. Depends what comes from a JV etc. Dont know what will happen but Im gambling on it going lower.

I dont think its a positive RNS but its the company moving forward. The negative aspect is the dilution thats probably coming from a raise. I dont think this is a bad entry point but im waiting on lower SP myself.

What I would say is the gold is only worth something if someone wants to buy it. If its not economical (enough) or nobody signs on the dotted line' were not seeing 6 times current mcap. If we have a major take over a project, SP could potentially be in the teens.
