Val 401 must be worth 10x more than the Mcap of this company once approved for wide spread use. Id want to see the company release more info before GM though. I think previous money has went on development of treatments and salaries unkess theres something I dont know about?

What did the company have in 2015 worth investing in though? All they could offer was future value, same as today. There was an obvious requirement for funding and time to progress through clinical trials. Thats a decision we make in micro cap biotechs.

Who with knowledge of the discussions has determined the BOD haven't performed? is 401 and 201 a failure? They don't control the share price, I think we are all aware the company is seriously undervalued. There's been poor funding decisions reducing the value of everyones investment but we dont invest in guarantees, we're looking at potential outcomes from these discussions ITS THE BUSINESS MODEL. The recent RNS is a request to raise funds when required. Any BOD would secure the company's future in advance of requiring funds. Hopefully further dilution is minimal to none. As for working for free thats just an opinion on morals and personal situation, ive done it myself to stop redundancy of thousands. Guess what happend 3 months later lol. A deal might take months from now but thats what we invested in!
