Best case scenario we receive a cash sum and keep a small % royalty or something but my concern is we haven't beeen told we're selling it (I dont think) a deal might be to fund CT3 end off. They fund it and take a % of future income from 401.
I know this mate but what if the deal is announced and its "company X will fund CT3, Commercial deal to be negotiated depending on results". What do we get from that? Good news a, little lift in shareprice then placings profit taking and another 2 year wait while it spirals... just playing devils advocate here but would you be shocked to see us with egg on face?
Its a valid question. Will the deal benefit VAL shareholders? If the deal is to fund stage 3 only we'll likely continue the dilution and funding spiral on 101, 201 & 301.
the whole point of AIM is to fund small companies for growth, why would any investor want a dividend in effect taking the money from the company and watching the SP fall, its not free money.
Being majority shareholder in Valiseek we hope a deal (401) will be reflected on the share price of VAL, but I was wondering do VAL need to RNS anything from that deal? We dont own the patent technically so is Valirx in discussions or is Valiseek? Just posting out of boredom wondering how that works? Do we get RNS as necessity on 401 or courtesy?
5eights have a look at the market reaction to HAD001 drill results and while ur at it look at how the market reacted to BH rock chip samples. Isnt that where you banked circa 35% profit apparantly? Fail!!! Again must do better at trolling!!! Not clever enough!!!
I dont believe for a second that moved the SP. We've had amazing seismic results and news of interested 3rd parties partnering with us and the SP has dropped. Lets see where the SP goes from here that might tell us. Also that drop below 3% is the last we'll hear from Hawk so could be more selling. Might be in anticipation of a placing also. I dont see why a majority holder sells if were off to drill this year
So we're looking forward to drilling? Thats the news? We've been in that position since the 3D seismic was completed many months ago. Nothing is funded so nothing has changed...
