Tractorboy - wouldn't that have been pre farm in when we owned 100%? Now with 35%, the sp and MC today is about on par if my maths are correct.

Also need to bear in mind that Brent crude was trading at well north of $100 back then.

In saying that , we are a lot further down the line now, have increased reserves, lower production costs and FID around the corner so long may the rise continue! GLTA

I am certainly interested in your questions 1 & 2 Marunam. I want to retire next year and although I could maybe hold out financially until 1st oil when any T.O price would have to be north of £3. i wouldn't like to think that they would accept anything under £2 if an offer come in after FID

I think it those that can't understand plain mathematics that need the help, and in my profession, that wouldn't be me. Regardless of your opinion of MD - and I agree that he is annoying! You can't escape the fact that he has said all along since Xmas that BOR sp would outperform RKH sp in 2025 and he is absolutely correct . RKH has increased by 114% to date in 2025 and BOR has increased by 161% and that is a significant difference in favour of BOR. That could well change as we head into FID/OM etc but maybe BOR will also continue it's gains on the coat tails of RKH. I have been in both for eons and have an equal investment in both after averaging down, so currently happy either way.

Oh give it up why dont you! What's not to like about a guaranteed minimum 32k payout ??

Yes I would be, 130p not nearly enough , it would have to be north of £2

So in simple terms - if had 100k invested in RKH and 100k invested in BOR on 1st Jan this year, you 100k in RKH would now be worth 145k but your 100k in BOR would now be worth 276k

BOR sp is already way ahead of RKH from a % increase perspective this year, so Garbled was spot on

If it is any consolation Urals Energy is now also worth F' All to that thieving bastard Kononov and his henchmen. With any luck they will be queueing up for a loaf of bread with Joe public at the end of all this.
