The Company also confirmed today, in response to market rumours, that it is not considering any financing structure commonly referred to as an "equity sharing" arrangement in order to complete financing of the transaction.

It was rumoured a long time ago there was an equity deal done with certain entities not mentioned at the time before the acquisition of Atomic and Cuda, hence we were suspended from trading on LSE I believe by the full knowledge BOD, not the LSE as AM had inferred. AM released an RNS to squash this so-called rumour of equity split, completely denying it, it's my belief and in my opinion, this wasn't the case and even more so as every time I mention this it is taken down. This was nothing more than a cash trap with the BOD complicit in its make-up at the time. And completely fraud should it be proven. This is the tree we should be barling up along with many more I think. ALL in MHOP lets see how long this stays up
