3.2 billion shares is nothing for a developing mining company. Not sure what your point is. GGP is a junior company on AIM. They have six projects and are taking them forward. We take the rough with the smooth peeks and troughs. But if you look at the trend line from 2016 the rise is steady but sure.

Also, does the fact that the 300k loan is now being taken in Prem shares at around 0.16 market price = 180m shares now mean that PI's PREM holding is also being diluted again?

So if you get alloted shares in newco but £6m needs to be raised. Does that not mean that pi's shares are being diluted again?
