Nice start to the morning. A move towards that 10p is almost inevitable with the Intrinsic investment.

Ok I maybe wrong and give my apologies if I have misled people.
However, I believed the RNS was advising that the option to purchase is available and that we will see another RNS to confirm purchase or TR1.
Option Shares
The shares in a company that are subject to the call option agreement are referred to as the ‘option shares’. Option shares may be either:
* new shares that the company is yet to issue (in the case of a call option to subscribe for shares); or
* old shares an existing shareholder is transferring to the option holder (in the case of a call option to purchase shares).
The agreement should clearly define the scope of the call option arrangement (for example, the agreement should set out the exact number of option shares).

Fair enough. But I agree to differ.

Bigbrenda, I don't think so... This is Chris Jefferies making them available under a call option. Nothing yet confirmed by Akers.

Until we get an RNS confirming the 50m share transfer or a TR1 confirmation then we do not know whether Akers has completed. It is at his discretion.

If AP is that confident in the business then why did he not buy in the open market... SP was at 0.145 in March

Lets not get carried away on the warrant issue. They have a three year life span from the date of issue of the new prospectus.

Bigbrenda, Intrinsic won'y be selling warrants at 25p - as that is what it will cost them. More like 30p+

I see that Dev are seeking shareholders approval re the 50m Warrants as part of the Intrinsic investment. Can't see that being a problem when they are offered at 25p. I for one will not be against the proposal. 25p Yes please!

If you want to believe then fair enough but you only need to look at GGP and the number of 1 trades they have in a day.

Glide, yes that is correct. It is Intrinsic - warrants as a sweetener - if you can call it a sweetener at 25p

Glide, Intrinsic (company) are investing in Dev to the tune of £9.7 million by purchasing shares at a price of 10p - a premium to the current sp price.
Second RNS is a private share holder who already holds a fair percentage in the company and is looking to purchase more. The company CEO is willing to let him have some of his at 8p price.
Sounds great doesn't it. Well I think it does and give a firm footing for SP to move forward. Good Luck

Equivalent to nearly 30% of Dev Clever current Market Cap - Now you really start to think that the SP at 10p will immediately become the new springboard to a much higher value.

Well I wasn't expecting that yesterday. Intrinsic investment at 10p with warrants at 25p, Chris Akers options for 50m shares at 8p.
Just goes to show that when you start rubbing with the big boys then obtaining finance suddenly becomes a lot easier. When you start to include paragraphs on mergers/takeovers then it really shows where Dev are starting to place themselves in the Edtech market.
The other snippet of info gained was that Chris Jefferies loan notes are at 8p which doesn't lead us into any donward trend when exercised.
I think I will just hold onto these for a while.....!
