Bhukia 15th Jan was next court case date with GoR - so we await news.

MB gave brief update in Sep interim results announced in Dec.
As you are aware this has been going on for sometime and prior to MB joining the company. Infact MB was brought into PAT because of his experience in India issues.
Not sure how much detail the company can release in subject however, MB seems very approachable and has responded to my occasional email.
As I have mentioned before IMO Bhukia. Should not be a main reason for investing in the company as the Risk us too great. However PAT's other projects in West Africa and their association with Moydow is very promising and I am very impressed with MB's views on share dilution.
Don't get me wrong I am expecting some fundraising due the the very nature of early stage projects. But divesting some projects to Moydow whilst increasing its shareholding in Moydow seems a very smart move.
If MB pulls Buhukia out if the hat then it's game on in more ways than one.
