Valuefinder, thanks for the links which I was aware of. My point being though is that Panthera are not in a JV with Moydow as part owners of the project directly. Good news at Labola & Kalaka will see a rise in Panthera share price (I admit and look forward to that) but I don't see a sudden meteoric rise as stated on this board.
As MB states in the second link you provided '"The strong investor support for Moydow's equity capital raising reaffirms Panthera's BELIEF that our INTEREST in Moydow will deliver strong returns for Panthera shareholders.'

Am I missing something here? Posts stating £1-£1.50/share regarding Labola. Labola and Kalaka are owned by Moydow now as divested by Panthera. To me the only way Panthera would benefit is if Moydow shares suddenly take off and Panthera divested its holding in Moydow. I admit that Panthera sp would rise on Labola good news but I don't see anything in the region as stated above.
Maybe me being a complete idiot but I would welcome an explanation.

Into the deep, could you please advise where you have seen the percentage holding of Moydow at 54.5%. I have only seen 46.2% as stated in the Sept Interim results.

Mickey/Saint the fact that we have divested Labola & Kalaka to Moydow how do you see this affecting the SP? I know we will own 46% of Moydow but how do you see it affecting SP on good news?

HI ClosertoGod, Exactly the same happened to me over the xmas break, a couple of emails and then Mark phoned to for about 20 mins. I have not posted this before as people have been lambasted on other boards for giving this type of info. As you stated Mark came across as very genuine guy and whilst he did not give any privilaged info it was quite reassuring for me as an investor. GLA

Several possible senarios on a JV - What are your thoughts on receiving substantial cash.

What was more interesting re the delay in Kalaka divestment to Moydow was the reason - 'The transfer of Panthera's interest in the Kalaka project to Moydow remains in progress pending an internal corporate restructure by Panthera.'
No point in guessing - so we await news.

As Mickey says there is only 40% of shares in free float with PAT. Last few days the number of shares traded has been quite good, anything around 1% is excellent. How this will work going forward I don't know but one can see that the more that is held the steeper the rise. MB may need to think about that - Liquidity is important.
