Would a CFD be used if buying physical shares is proving problematic.

Last time we had this, it caused a little buying frenzy on a Friday afternoon, in the hopes it was a prelude to an offer RNS.

Well we got it wrong then - but who knows.

Last time we had many views, such as :-

Procedural - to prove EUA shares are tradable
Fees - early stage payment fees
No idea - No idea

Well he can dispose of NN shares whenever he wants same as the rest of the BOD as they arent directors there.

Also not bad for us, as such a deal would re-rate EUA (alow those who wish to sell to do so) & those with CGT issues can just hold the NN shares.

Thats quite an uplift.

Alot partial sold on 20p so re-buying in the 17.5p levels is a no brainer - Looking at MoneyTrader etc... here.

Something I have no problem with btw (its just most dont use the BB as their own SP trading platform he does)

The MM's also know this, so wont let it drift to low imo..it'll just get bought into.

I've done all I can to mitegate tax (Inc moving stuff to the mrs) so now it's only a part share deal which would cut the cgt bill for me.

I'm not really moaning tho, at least I'm not invested in tui or something; )

I just feel time would be optimal to retreat from the markets for a bit on an eua high.

Also this,even now is life changing cash levels & I'd like to drawdown a lot reset my life, & set fresh investment goals for the pension stuff.

My existing life is a single householder earner with 2 young children& wife to support - I could use a rest ;) + increased play time with the kids before I get to old.

For me the optimal outcome is a cash & share deal with nn, all can sell in line with personal circumstances.

All those wanting to invest in the future of the mine, simply hold onto there no shares.

All those sweating abouthe their cgtr bills can also hold onto no shares.

Yes I feel my main contribution to the BB is less required nowadays - ill have to retire (hopefully in RL as well, when this ship comes in).

Thing is once you have extracted the low hanging fruit, it may only take a little PD price rise to go a little deeper, given the Pd price is predicted to rise, some bits may become more economical in the future than today.

Also who knows what the metal of choice will be 5yrs from now.

As we have plenty of variety in the ground = alot of de-risk.
