Holy crap I didn't realise I was in a popularity competition bb I've been approaching it all wrong.

In fact I'm so distrought I'll immediately change my ways.

As usual - quite likely - 95% of my portfolio - riding high atm - could do with the end - ignore lse forums - relax - chill out.

Honestly join any thread & discuss EUA to your hearts content, same as any of your supporters, fear not valid questions or their responses.

Also I hold no malice to posters such as yourself - I just try to clean up guff in my own (unpopular) way.

But do we really have to create threads to say please dont pick on newbies/kind people or whoever - not imo, but hey thats maybe me.

Ian I dont think its a question of awarding to another company - more like stretching the timeline for the award - during this timeline NN have the competitive advantage to secure the killer offer deal before the rest can muster the full bidding war action.

Its only a possible senario - clearly one bent towards my slanted nature of the world at large.

I'm not even saying at this point that the licence is even delayed, im sure we are still in normal timeframes for issuance - again maybe given how much is on the line - impatience to be done & dusted is creeping in.

You calling me out buddy aint helping the EUA investment case (maybe it helps the world in some form of karma or just your kind soul i dunno), either way I have only one option to clear this guff off the bb - escalate till it gets deleted as the usless splurge it appears to be.

Once the licence arrives its highest bidder wins & prolly gets away from NN.

So imo the BOD carries on playing for time (or Killer NN offer) vs NN ability to hold that licence up.

Indeed Dore it is maybe there is a fat brown envelope (with NN printed on the side) plugging up the photocopier at the local authority.

stix40/me say NO WAY a bidder will offer a 100% without the licence in hand (who on earth would not use this weakness to reduce their offer(most posters+ the EUA sponsored report discount the end price by an amount for not holding this licence)

If you wanna say oohh they will good for you but in the real world any weakness is used to reduce the price - not having that licence is a weakness - fact.

My only counter to this fact is NN & their (for want of a better word) backhander ability with the locals.

Meaning they have a clear run at killer offer pre MT licence.

Ofc EUA are sure & the law is on their side.

However any offer pre licence will use the lack of licence to bring down the offer in one shape or form - NN being the outlyer who would maybe offer without the discount (due to their local ties) - also the last thing NN will want is a bidding war which could go beyond their means - imo they have an ace card in a killer offer now (pre flank - tho they may have inside track/influence on when the licence will be awarded).

NN are also the ONLY bidder imo who could with 100% assurance go for the killer bid, as they out of all bidders have zero issue getting that licence (from the local authorities)

I no I keep banging on about the MT licence etc...

But can you imagine the fear when the Tipil licence landed amongst the bidders - abit like oh **** better move the bid up to the next tier.

I just carn't shake the fact that even if one bidder took it upon themselves to make a killer bid now (Pre MT licence), it would have to be huge or otherwise no point.

As soon as the MT licence lands it would be such a material change that many of the players would completely re-access their original bids & would highly likely trump a (even large) pre MT licence bid.

The perfect cover for a BOD stringing out the process till a MT flank licence arrives - no doubt followed by a quick conversations to a certain bidder roughly along the lines of:-

Well you are the top bid, we will recommend your offer & oh yes please remove that cavate of MT licence arrival & remove that 30% discount you applied on your offer - Cheers Thanks.

There ticker is MNOD - Hargreaves Lansdown have them np, dunno about others.

They are stuck on my watchlist now, never know what news may flow from where - always best to be prepared.

Yet the main issue with new investors is garbage threads about new investors, try & stay on the topic of EUA, this isnt a political BB where rights are awarded or revoked, its real world & the silly are preyed on no matter how many posts they have.

They may have big/preferencial buyers who have buy limits set - so if it goes up they wont be able to fix them up.

On schedule, we are still well within the usual Russian timelines for issuance.

My only extra is the BOD appear to be (& have been) playing for time at all opportunities, always dangling the carrot to keep prospective buyers interested.

Only one reason why - MT Flank licence issue.

No way they will sell the company without this being brought into the valuation (ie..no discounts applied to offer re licence not in our hands) they have worked to long & this is the point of maximum shareholder value.

TBT goes round metal shares & ****s them off, he was on EUA run couple of weeks back & obviously we went up, just ignore.
