Acker, I have been wondering if that would still be the case too, with 6 billion shares in circulation, that would hold back the true value of Zulu in my opinion, a spin off with the right JV may be the right way forward forZulu, all depends on the deal he offers the shareholders... Pure speculation at this point.

Snowking, I don't understand why people think MNH would merge with PREM... it's far more likely they will JV Zulu and hopefully fast track to DFS, either way,its a good result for PREM, my guess is at some point though, Zulu will IPO.

Any money from Circum I would rather was used to pay off any existing debt, the remainder to be used to IPO Zulu, the true value of Zulu will not be represented in PREM... ZUIU NEWCO would be the right way forward.

No I'm not saying that, with the right JV for Zulu and the electrification of RHA in November and Circum announced an IPO or liquidity event at the end of the year the sp will rise significantly, personally I would not like to say how much, but one thing's for sure, it will be a very significant move North from now... Chance to top up tomorrow, you really would not want to be out of this at the weekend.

I took the opportunity to double our holding near the bottom... And believe me after a 90% loss it wasn't hard, I have averaged down to .2 now and I'm going to take it each day as it comes, with the right JV for Zulu, I will hold for DFS, let's see.

I'm wondering if GR has had to provide evidence to the Zim government that we already have a JV partner ready to go....in order for him to secure the mining rights in such a large area...just a thought.

Wishful thinking... Zulu is a deferred asset at the moment it has great potential but will need proving up before any serious offers are made... Regardless of the extended area.

The market cap has plummeted all the way down from 30mk down to 2mk, do you seriously think if a takeover were possible it would have happened by now, FFS with the right finance deal, I would have bought it myself

GR wasn't responsible for the leak, but I do feel that it's played in his favour, the placing is out of the way now.

I'd say short-term the prospects are looking very rosy right now compared to 2 weeks ago when I flew out to Greece with Thomas Cook and the share price sank to.0225, I seriously thought at that point I was going to lose 40k, surprising how quickly the situation can change in such a short time, GR cannot raise again without calling an AGM, I think it's safe to say we can enjoy a considerable uplift on the sp from now until Christmas, if Circum don't announce a liquidity event or IPO by the end of the year then GR may well have to consolidate... hopefully not but we will see, enjoy the rise in the sp next week.

Fifty thousand acres secured is all well and good! Well done George... At times in my investment I'd like to give him two acres... It's all about the right JV for Zulu, if that's a done deal PREM will rocket.
