It was interesting to hear GR say he had provided evidence to the MOM he had the fund's to start work on Zulu straight away... I'm guessing by that statement he's produced evidence of a JV partner?

Acker, back in Feb 2018, GR replied to an email saying" Circum EPO and Zulu EPO March" it later transcended that because of the political situation in Ethiopia, Circum EPO cancelled, i have no doubt in my mind when GR has the chance to spin off Zulu, he will. Wolf

It's worth remembering that Wolfgang said Katete is brimming with REEs and could be more profitable then Zulu.

I sometimes wonder about your logic NaPoM, if Circum money was retained to take the assets forward the sp would go through the roof

NaPoM, would you vote for the Circum div? I wouldn't... Much rather the money was used to fund the assets that would have a much greater effect on the sp then a Circum div.

Option 4 Acker... Majority voters will ensure... this is where I don't trust GR, will the Circum money be used to improve PREMs liquidity, or will GR he get his credit card out again and go on a shopping spree to add more assets we can't finance?

Alcky, if you look at my post's on the rise I've not rampted... However I do believe PREM has turned a corner... I have some doubts about what Will be the right way forward or not and will share my thoughts.

Alcky, you keep your head in Mo"s world, I haven't sold a single share since first investing in Prem, I turned my negativity into a positive, it was gamble but it has paid off, you two should take a leaf out of my book instead of standing still with you head in the past, I wish you both,all the best. Mo,I would have listened to you more intently if you had said you had made some money at the bottom... Obviously your letting your negativity get in the way of making a few quid.

That is just your opinion Mo... The point is we are all here to make money, so have or not!
