stupid trading action today ... it´s all psychological - greed and fear ... triangle formation completed, now fishing the SL´s ... trading is not logical !
I´m sure Ganfeng´s influence will speed up and improve many many processes within Bacanora ... IMO financing package may be delayed after the project evaluation by Ganfeng ... I expect savings of min. 10% due to their relationships and sourcing capabilities in China, also it should be no problem for them to provide a loan to fill the financing gap if existing major shareholders don´t want to invest in the project. If Ganfeng exercises their 50% project option the remaining gap should be manageable !
Things only can get better now ... I only have some doubts about Zinnwald ... hope they can spin it off very very fast and finally put all the focus, concentration and energy to Sonora !!

and you can be dead certain that Ganfeng won´t do all the bureaucratic approval paperwork with chinese authorities just for fun ...

pls. be aware that the "DEAL" is already signed ... now waiting for final SAFE approval from Chin. Authorities which is not in the range from Ganfengs influence ... the mentioned approval by Ganfeng Board is (IMO) a mere formality .. especially @25p / share and this huge reserve (only a third of the area has been explored so far...)
I hope we´ll get more actual info in the forthcoming half year report ...

we have now been informed that the second approval has been processed by NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission) and received by Ganfeng. It is anticipated that the final approval from SAFE (State Administration of Foreign Exchange) will be received following a Ganfeng board meeting to be held in the coming weeks

5 Weeks passed since last RNS ... No information since then ... any comment from BCN about unplanned delays would be very helpful and fair after all the delays since announcement ... IMO it should be no problem for BCN to get status from Chinese Authorities about missing SAFE approval

PS: maybe it´s a good sign that I too get frustrated ... then usually a RNS is not far away -)
