Surprised the GMB called off the strike without anything meaningful to share with the members. Looks as though the company have the upper hand now.

I’m thinking updates will be in March, in my opinion no news is good news and I would rather they get things right by taking the time to ensure we get the truth.

If it’s worth 16p then why are we sat at 3p. Be realistic this is very high risk and will not attract a premium. Lots of people would be very happy with 8p

Not really valid is it!! They need to make changes to save the business. A £40k contract plus benefits etc is hardly a bad deal in comparison to the horrendous job loses that other industry’s are going through. They could always leave and go self employed, no one is forcing them to stay.
