SuRprises - found it.
My tip for the day. Peel it before eating.
This was SB's post on III after the Zaza interview. Don't think it was posted here. Apologies if it was.
Well, we harboured thoughts that perhaps it was still possible to reach an agreement outside the tribunal proceedings but that interview has killed any lingering hope. Zaza, a proud Georgian, appears to have reached out to the Govt for a resolution but they seem hell-bent of not talking. I find this highly strange for apparently a block that has little oil and gas. Why generate ill-feeling with the US Gov, international investment community and the public if there was little resource there?
We also got a lot more details from Zaza on operational obstruction, orchestration/interference with so-called unpaid employees, and ****ging off of FRR in the international community such as Moldova and in the US.
To me, it seems FRR has become a pawn in a political warfare between the East & West. And Ivanishvili being the main player, appearing to be West facing but secretly colluding with the Russians. Hopefully the Georgian public can finally see this.
So, will the Tribunal be informed of all the Georgian obstructions (such as not getting the gas licence, not paying the VAT rebate, bad mouthing FRR in other countries etc etc?). What will they think?
Zaza also claims that they have never violated any of the B12’s PSA terms (an important assertion) and ultimately this is were the Tribunal will have to give their decision on. And if FRR are successful, most likely they will get awarded the $3.5bn FRR slapped in as compensation (although recovery may be a different matter altogether). But I am now wondering whether this amount is significantly below the value of oil and gas deposits contained in B12. Perhaps this is why, Zaza wanted a resolution so he can stay to operate in Georgia.
We also don’t know if the Georgians have interfered with potential suitors such as BP and Exxon? May be FRR has some evidence here too. And whatever happened to Schlumberger’s drilling (and their experience there?).
Anyway, I am glad Zaza did that interview as it keeps us investors indirectly engaged during these dark days (so thanks to him). I also guess that maybe he feels that can speak openly as the tribunal has concluded. But it would be a little naive to think that the decision-makers will not do some macro-level research on Georgia to understand the wider challenges being faced by oil companies/investors there (hence the numerous repetitions by Zaza that FRR was the largest foreign O&G investor).
That article also had a tinge of regime change about it, but I guess as long as Ivanishvili has the support of Putin, the elections in October are probably going in favour of the Georgian Dream Party.

Imagine if you had filtered him you would not be reading his bullsh*t.
Then you would not need to comment and deprive him of the attention he obviously seeks.
Imagine that!
On the 4th September you posted "It was my buy. My printed statement should arrive in the next couple of days at which point I'll scan it and put it online with a link"
I look forward to be proven wrong.
What about the time you announced On here that a 500k buy was yours only to be proven wrong because the real person also uses this board.
No need for apologies Indigo. I am pleased for you. By the way have your printed statements arrived yet, as you said you would paste copies here, to show your previous 500,000 buy.
Indigo, can you inform us, which were your significant (for you) buys today?

Is it just me getting excited and counting down the minutes to when Indigo22 shares his link for his buys?
If he did - good for him.
If he didn't - make your own mind up.
I think you will find that the few posters do understand and that is why they are now posting to try to protect their "investment" strategy
There we have the problem. We know exactly what they are up to and trying to achieve and Salinger you are aiding and abetting their goals by getting into debates with them no matter how good your argument is. Stop it or unintentionally you become part of the problem.
Salinger, step back, deep breath, stop interacting and post positives.
Fantastic couple of RNS's recently.
11th June "Quadrise is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an agency agreement (the "Agreement") with Laqua S.A. de C.V. operating under the Redliner name in Mexico ("Redliner")." and
13th June "Quadrise is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Services Agreement ("SA") with Aleph Commodities Ltd ("Aleph") to provide services to the Company for the use of MSAR® in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA")."
Excellent couple of posts Salinger.
Rather than responding or even acknowledging posts from said quarter. I would suggest we just post the positives to counter react their mind games.
Big boots to fill too.
A rollover or a bed and isa I would guess.
