The only thing that went to .83 was the bid not the share price. Just looked at the intraday on here and that backs it up! If you’re using google, it’s not accurate as it records the highest and lowest trade as the actual share price! I think you’ve made a genuine error for once and you weren’t actually trying to misleading with this particular claim!

Roy the share price opened at .85, the days low was .85, it was flat till this afternoon, when exactly did the share price go down? I’m confused!
