To be clear.

I have made contact with my Broker to vote against Alan at the AGM.

I have also started reducing my holding this morning, as I mentioned if I didnt see news coming by the AGM which unless Alan quits, I cant see news in the short term i would sell!

If he does quit, I'll miss out as the SP will 100% go up (imo)

I still have some shares that havent been sold (yet)

Both Charles and Nick seem very happy as well as a number of other large holders! They know (N&C) a lot more than any of us which gives me an element of confidence. I know for a fact Charles can not stand Roy and would probably go out of his way to do the opposite to what Roy’s promoting. Charles, Lyndon, Nick and anyother significant holder are required to back the motion for Roy and his agenda to be successful! Like I said the other day, Alan will not be voted out, our best bet is the work Seadog etc have done in putting a lot of effort in to contact the non execs and nomads etc!

Roy - with all due respect, your daily moaning make no difference to Alan’s life and position in Nuog. Those is regular contact with the non exec, bod members etc are those making a difference. Alan does a job and gets paid for his services, he also owns his own companies where he’ll receive additional income, where he spends it is his choice and not our business!

I’m a member of a golf club and regularly meet business contacts there for lunch and a game! It doesn’t mean my business pay for my membership!

Roy - do you have any evidence Nuog pay for his private club membership? What he spends his own money on has nothing to do with us! It seems we have very different issues with Alan!

I agree there would be no NUOG without Alan's actions several years ago. At the same time, Nuog would be in a much better place now if Alan would let someone negotiate on his behalf and listen to advise!

I still think Alan leaving would be the best solution currently. I do doubt he'll get voted out at the AGM so we might have him a while longer!
