What Will be the value of the potential sale.

My opinion would be around 5 mil. This is based on AP saying the value is not high enough for an individual IPO of the business.

I see other numbers coming by, so wonder where these values are based on? ( of course I want to be proven wrong with my valuation!)

My connection was intermittent. Did AP say in his final statement that there will be free cash flow of 10-15mil p/a at these oil prices? Is that correct?

Prob best sort of scenario would be they buy 5% of char in return for a free carry for several drills.

If we can hold on to 5% that would be a result!! A very long shot and a lot of hurdles before this is happening!

Good news but with no specifics of how much does it cost, how long will it take to built the facility and how much will it generate !!! How much is significant income?? If you have none then a few millions is a lot….

There is a phrase in AP statement that says

"I look forward, on success, to moving towards a Final Investment Decision as quickly as possible," he said.

On success….. so not everything is all ready to go as he always make it seems to be….

The onshore processing plant still says 105 per day…… so maybe 200 in the far future but calculations should not be based on that!!!

The market might be broken now, but I wouldn’t be surprised that 2 years it was not but that AP took his time to decide on a deal and that 1 by 1 the offers dried up or t and c changed and now that we ended up with this situation!!

If we had done an earlier deal and if we had first gas around now, as first promised, we would have had money in the bank and credit to run these green projects and invest in them…… now we have to wait for results of onshore and we need good results from flow tests….. I still think they will come good but it has created a lot of uncertainty to the market!!

Not sure if A P will ever say if this is true…… also wonder what the price was offered, in the pub, for the whole company!!!

One thing is for sure that timekeeping is not ap’s strong point!!!

Prd has a value of 8p ( half amount of shares) and it probably has as much gas on shore if we have …..so onshore for us should be valued at 4p.
