I would like those numbers but I use different assumptions.
100mmf per day for the first 2 years.
Initial capex 500 mil.
Increase to 150mil after 2 yrs and capex of 200mil.

Initially char said 70mmf and 40 for domestic Market, so approx 60%
Now increase to 100mmf and 60mmf for domestic, so 60%.
There has been no indication that the extra 50 will be for the foreign market, so I assume again 60% domestic. So from 150mmf. 90 for domestic 60 for

Price domestic $8
Price foreign market $15
First 2 yrs. -(340 operating days)
60*8*340=$163.2
40*15*340=$204
So $367. 2 for the whole project.
50mil Opex. 3.5% royalty. =approx $300
300*.75 ownership=$225.
interest has to be paid on the capex. Aprox 50mil.
Repayment will be with these numbers 2 1/2 to 3 years.

The questions are.
Do we finance everything ourselves (see above numbers)
So then by year 4 (150mmf production)
90*8*340=244.8
60*15*340=306
$550mil. Minus 75mil Opex and 3.5 royalties. 75%ownership is Aprox $340 mol p/a for several years
(all capex paid!)

Or how much do we depart with (%) and for which price ($$) (to many numbers crunching to post here!)

Ofcourse these are my assumptions. I still think the numbers are good. The real cash will be after year 4 or so when they are at 150mmf!

It has only brought us back to the placing price.......but...previously we had a raise... The share price dropped below the raise price but then did a step up again in price... So hopefully this is the beginning towards the 30's.....

Not sure if it will be oort. Total has several projects around the world so lots of data has been collected.

My concern is the roadshow to get a larger audience!!
Does that mean that the offers/interested parties were not good enough? What value did they put on the company assets? What value does AP want to achieve.
Would be helpful if AP would come back and say.... We had this offer for £££ but we declined because of.....
No offer for the whole company has been made since that would have had to be announced!

What to think of the presentation!!??

It sounded very similar as the September presentation.
Difference, go straight for 100mcf production which is good news.
We always knew that a certain amount, 60%,of (now 60 out of 100, before 40 out of 70!)the production would go to the domestic market.
So the off take agreement from yesterday has not changed anything. It would have changed if they would have added a price, 8-12 $, towards the market.
Yes we already had interest in the project, but it is clear that not the correct partner has not been found since Maurice is going to hit his drum even to a wider audience!!!US, and more western countries!!
yes we already had financial possibilities for financing the project....
So that part has not changed much.

With still not having found a partner, there are more potential delays coming up, finding a partner itself..... potential lead in times there after...

AP mentioned several times that he was thinking of splitting his favourite pillars...... That raises questions.
Is he thinking of selling one of the projects?
If they are separated, how will that effect us, the shareholders.......
Will he take a pillar out, put it in a new company and the shareholders loose out?

Unfortunately not the update I wanted..... To many new question marks.......

A lot will be depending on Mondays presentation..... But the stars could be aligning!!!

And AP almost hold 60% in karo mine!!
