Now UKOG are in production with a income the directors don't intend to use placings apart from maybe growth or necessity.

On that basis a placing is likely to add value if it does come like just before the Turkey drill but may or may not be needed due to existing funds & revenues and at a higher shareprice than we are currently at.

Ibug posted this yesterday I believe it is part of the EA consultation. Look at the top of the page & follow the line down to the left.
The number of oil storage tanks has been reduced.
It is a interesting proposal as tankers would not be required after but high enough production would be needed to justify it being installed.
Thankfully the directors seem to think it will be.

Many thought that they didn't want to be in this over the weekend including poor old Penguins but they will pay a higher price to get back in today.

I've been here a while aswell and there have been tough times.

In the interim results issued at the end of June 2020 SS stated that dilution would only be used for growth unless absolutely necessary.

Many trolls are playing on the worries & anxieties of shareholders who have funded the company fro start up.

Although there are lots of shares in issue UKOG now holds 86% of the licence & it's resources.

To this point the value has not been added for what has been achieved & that is also including the additional 30% of the IOW licence added.

When reserves are added for the Kimmeridge, Loxley & the IOW I think the picture will look very different.

It is possible that a placing will come for the growth in Turkey for the drill, buy we will see but I don't expect it yet & if the IOW goes to planning this month and is successful we will be at a much higher shareprice & any dillution will not be as great as today.

It was from memory but could have been HH 2 or maybe HH 3 not HH 3 & HH 4 that he quoted.

As I remember you chose not to watch the January 2019 SS interview where he gave opinions & potential Net asset value projections & flow targets.

It's still out there if you want to watch it!

It was also stated that the CPR may not be released until after HH 3 & maybe even HH 4.

HH3 was always mooted as the first production well and described to be targeting 1000BOPD.

With everything that has happened maybe you will get you wishes full filled & HH 1 will be sidetracked with the only cost being the sidetrack not the vertical.

You should know by now how plans can change at UKOG just to keep you on your toes!

My thoughts are that all oil & gas shares are high risk & care should be taken with pension money. Always have a back UK & cash in hand in case things get rough.

I have been caught here aswell but average down & play the long game.

This share can move very quickly on either direction.

We are currently waiting for a full updated CPR which has not been updated for 3 years in which the Horse Hill flow tests have been carried out over the Portland and Kimmeridge layers.

UKOG has created a lot of new shares to the discust of many who have been diluted by the site operator UKOG.

UKOG during this time has increased it's holding % of the licence from about 20% to about 86% as well as the Isle of White licence % from 65% to 95%.

When the CPR is released it should add lots of value for the shares issued.

I know that there is a lot of devision & opinion here & it has been a long ride with UK regulation 7 years from the original well drill, to EWT to production licence buy still no Environmental permit.

Hopefully that is coming to an end here & we can get the production wells drilled at Horse Hill which I understand will not happen before the initial drill of Basur 3 which may be in May / June of this year once the site construction is complete.

The production wells are forcast to produce 1000, BOPD each & UKOG have planning permission for 6 wells.

The revenue is forcast as £20 million per well per year.

Obviously I don't think they will all drilled at once but I understand plans have been drawn up for at least 2 wells initially.

No reason to believe it as I don't think it is necessary yet but we will see this week.

It won't make any difference to me though if there was but I am not a trader looking for a cheaper entry point.

Lots of positives ahead so don't be caught out by the derampers who could be right or wrong.

Adrian / FOTH / Davethedrill on Twitter and reportedly many other user names used to post on this site & Twitter he is certainly a little fiery & opinionated but he & Penguins fell out regularly it is my understanding that Penguins continually reported his posts to Admin & he was banned permanently.

FOTH still posts on Twitter he was always very positive on UKOG & even got invited on site with a couple of other posters & SS gave them stout of the site Tony who posted on here today also visited the site with PBOO who you will see here occasionally.

FOTH seemed to not like certain things that happened at UKOG & as part of his posts we ramping UKOG turned it against UKOG & SS.

Unfortunately he abused the situation as SS & the board of directors run the company not him & he thought a few videos gave him power over the companies decision making process by being negative. He has been banned from Twitter a couple of times aswell but currently has a new account.

There is a major difference between 10's of millions and billions which I stated & I had previously credited with the intelligence to understand that.

Thanks great news it looks like UKOG's stars are lining up for this year despite the naysayer traders looking for a cheaper buy in.

They could be disappointed.
