Interesting comments.
I feel the pain here also and we will see how things work out.
While many may argue UKOG seems to of started anew in 2018.
Time will tell as will a number of outcomes following several legal disputes.

Alba are not playing there way and want to dictate what could / should happen at HH as far as I am aware.
As a part of HHDL they have a voice at the table.
Unfortunately as they own about 17% of the total share capital of the Horse Hill development Ltd and about 11% of the share capital of of HH, there voice is interesting but not the deciding factor.
I'm sure that they had the opportunity to sell out but refused at the same time as not paying there way with costs.
Partners!
We are where we are, this has the potential to be a interesting year. The good times pass but so can the bad times.
We will see!
Gl. Genuine share holders.
I wander when the courts are going to be asked to run this country for those that don't like the government decisions!
These decisions are made for the long term benefits of the UK and it's people and has taken global warming and the transition to net zero 2050 into consideration.
Home grown gas and oil has many benefits over imports for the UK including lower emissions,
UK taxes and jobs.

They haven't actually said or shown they are drilling yet.
The RNS said "Drilling is expected to resume on Wednesday 26th April." and the pictures only show them picking up the pipe which were taken on the Tuesday.
Leaving it late for any news today.

.................
It should be noted that Turkey's Petroleum Law enables a successful frilled oil well to be put into full time production within days to weeks of a successful test.
Turkish law is if it is discoverered and movable oil move it and produce it as the county has a need.
Unfortunately many in the UK has forgotten what this means. As a result the many poor will pay a high price for the few objectors with high green levis. They have no consideration of the transition and have no consideration of the many, or consider what can be done to drive net zero 2050 forward while optimising the UK national resources.
There are many alternatives to importing oil and gas with high carbon emissions and it would also be possible for a UK independent government to prioritise UK oil and gas for UK consumption which would be positive for the balance of payments defesit and lower carbon emissions especially if the government supported the UK oil and gas industry with carbon capture technology.
This would produce a win/win/ win scenario where UK plc would also benefit from profits from UK companies profits, UK investment & energy security and lower carbon emissions.
Come on Mr Sunak let's see the tide turned!

There is definitely a lot of speculation about HH.
Im sure that there is alot of hope and expectation that the current 50 BOPD will improve once the water injection system for HH2 is finally compleated.
A little background without over exageratingI hope!
1. HH1 was producing upto and over 300 BOPD before the major water problems started after a well intervention.
2. Oil production has been controlled to minimise water export costs which may or may not increase when costs are cut with a successful water injection system.
3. We still await UKOG's communications about
re-establishing the HH1 Kimmeridge production after a extended shut in period?
4. We were always advised that a new CPR would not be produced for HH until after HH2 and possibly HH3 was completed.
5. It is interesting to see DL with his inside knowledge of Horsehill still keen to be involved in its future development especially after all of the challenges that have been encountered.
6. Will this be the turning point that many have supported and are waiting for?
We will see!

In that case you appear to be one of the long term investors with incessant negative posts who has no belief that any good will ever come for UKOG and its operations.
In that case Im not sure why you continue to post.
Surey it would be much better for your health and wellbeing to accept your losses and move on?

Mone mone and mone again!
All I ever use to hear from you was complaint after complaint about SS and UKOG!
Then there was a dramatic transformation where you broke even or made a profit by trading.
What you seem to have forgotten is this is a investment.
Why did you not sell up and move on with your sour grapes attitude.
Now again you have no one else to blame apart from your own greed for your situation!
A special mention to Ibug, Penguins, JustBe and others including Skwizz for manipulating the shares of the company through pervasive influence on LSE discussion board and the nimby qualification.
...........
Is there anyone named above who would like to say anything to your fellow comrade and green activist friend?

DL apart from being the former Executive chairman and CEO of UKOG from 2013 / 2017 prior to SS becoming CEO of UKOG was also chairman or CEO of Doremus and a board member of HHDL.
He was instrumental in the purchase of HH and fundraises, planning & drilling of HH.
It appears obvious to me that he retains a key interest in its success and likely knows as much about the Weald play if not more than SS.
There will be many who believe that he is just in It for a fast buck. Im not so sure!
DL if I remember correctly walked away disillusioned at yhe time with the UK government slow response and aparent lack of interest in fast tracking the HH project as a national interest.
HH is now getting there much slower than he would have liked but has the 6 well and water injection planning permissions and environmental permits.
Once the supeme Court ruling is out of the way. I think it will be all systems go especially if HH3 is sucessfull.
A new CPR and more Wells will follow with development of the other UKOG projects into the future.
Things may not look to rosy at present but the potential, foresight and future development plan foundations have been laid.
Sooner or later will move forward and I hope that the long term holders will feel the benefits of there investments.

PPP seems to have plenty of leeway for raising funds with only 86 million shares in circulation.
If PPP has only a 49% share in the HH 3 well this may prove to be a very good deal for UKOG shareholders, especially if the well is successful and a new HH CPR is produced with the potential for another 3 wells to be drilled and the further considerations of Kimmeridge potential exploration and development.
Oh penguins
Did I not tell you the other day about a farm in to HH which you rubbished me and my post for as usual.
If you read this RNS it clearly states that PPP will only receive there licence share following completion of the HH3 drill this implies if the HH3 well is not completed there will be no share of the licence %!
